I love the wet weather brings everyone back to my speed (slow), just a shame I'm not playing, love the wide expanses of the Valley oval!! ;) Good luck to all!

Touche' TD, But wet weather also brings heavy, sore legs for the next few days, and extended ice baths from FC, that im not looking forward to! ;)

Too old, too slow! I'll stick to playing with the "Old Dogs" at Thunder Park tonight!!

Phantom Gossiper, i'd be asking for a 20 goal headstart tomorrow, no rain forecast. It would help out with the 4 goals the league took away too.

Agree, thought it way to harsh, but can't beat the establishment.

Wouldnt surprise me if the est fined your club also

I heard you can't loose points for misspelling a players name. I think you pulled a clanger with registration fees, maybe sneaking a player in.

Think you heard wrong, player named on team sheet for all to see nothing untoward or hidden, surely would have recorded another name if trying to pull a shonk and now mistake highlighted home club have cleared him straight away plain and simple end of story.

Beware the wounded dog.. with Ingle Farm getting kicked while down losing these points, the boys will be fighting for plenty tomorrow, absolutely nothing to lose but everything to gain including the biggest RESPECT. Having reached their lowest ebb this season they could easily now become a dangerous side, they may band closer together and this might just be the kick start the club needs to begin its climb back..

plenty of fence sitting your right, possibly more optimism than anything, im not prepared to jump on here and rant and rave about crap and then look like a moron if im wrong ;)

Also i was pretty much only pointing out the fact that with the position they sit they could be a danger... may not eventuate who knows, time will tell :D

I CAN guarantee though that the boys who do take the field WILL give it everything they have and results dont matter, its about personal satisfaction with efforts and trying to gain respect instead of being a laughing stock.

Certainly hope that a result comes the farmers way, and if these kids have that attitude phantom, then it will be the start of a successful foundation. Speaking of young lads, how is greg wyman, nathan buck and scotty stacey going out there? all good players when they want to be....

think you will find that ingle farms results this year are bad but not laughing stock tho. seen some worse scores, i.e. hackham and the port elliot days when it was 80 goals etc. Ingle farm arent at the laughing stock stage.

Greg Wyman is playing B grade in the middle and is a crucial part of that side, leads from the front with his efforts and a good guide for the younger ones.

Scotty Stacey i've heard a whisper he is out playing for Sudan in the Riverland getting paid a bit of coin..

Nathan Buck is playing A grade and is getting better each week, little man with the heart a size of Phar Lap.

No disrespect to Sedan Cambrai (if thats who you mean in mid murray) but i have seen a game or 2 of theirs and they not good enough to be paying players.
Dogwatcher may know more than i do but very highly doubt anyone gets paid there.

Hows Cam Horsell been going in the 2's?
the kids a story teller so an honest opinion PG would be good

Dunno Bradman, if it means keeping the club/competition alive, paying some players would be a smart move if the money's there.
Pretty certain BSR pay.
And Mid Murray's not too far removed from Independents, and some blokes in that comp get paid (and I'm not pointing fingers at anyone in particular).
