Postby Flipper » Tue Apr 28, 2009 12:52 pm

Congrats to 6er (Caro Wilson, always has the latest scoop) for playing his 100th game for the brothers on the weekend he has been a great servent, player and bloke to have around the club well done mate.

Also worth a note is CBC had a young kid Jai Noble 12 or 13 run water in the C's, boundrey ump the B grade and half of the A grade. The poor kid broke down and couldnt do no more so we had to super sub him off. Ive been told by a realiable source he has already put his hand up to do it all again this weekend. Great work young fella!!!!!!!!

Round 4 Tips

Golden Grove vs Pooraka: 16 points, GG to bounce back after the loss to Greenies.
CBCOC vs Greenacres: 27 points, too strong in the City.
North Haven vs PAOC: 57 points, will Roo play will be the main interest.
Salisbury West vs Unley: 47 points, Westies to re-group at home after last weeks thumping.
Adelaide Lutheran vs Fitzroy: 19 points, these two sides should know a fair bit about each other by now.
HOGG SHIELD DIVISION V WINNER 2018.

They will slip under the guard of some unsuspecting team. Nth Haven will shape the top 5 or bottom 2 (big call). Ive seen it happen before. Late in the season coaches rest gun players and the ones that play just want to get through the game with no injuries and feel fresh for next weeks game.

Also it only takes one or 2 signings mid season.

Amber Fluid told me that if Roo plays, he wants the job on him and he is going to knock him out at the first bounce.

Roo wont play this week i dont believe, he will only play about 6 more games and almost all of those will be home games if i understand the deal properly.
on the carey thing he and Roo had dinner at the alma saturday night! 2 of the best of the last decade in my opinion!

a good performance all in all fromt he reds, got on top early and kept the pressure up, lutheran never looked in it. although they are definalty better then last year! could be a lot of 10-8 seasons this year the top 5 will be a lottery!

It must be great for team morale to have a player available for home games only or when he feels like it, give me 21 dedicated blokes any day, that's what wins premierships.
