It will be like a final and who doesn't love a final?! It will be a b!tch getting a park after 2pm and there'll be a great buzz around the ground. I have had trouble getting to sleep at night because of thinking about this game, how good is footy \m/
Trouble sleeping , I would have trouble sleeping too if we had to face that meat head number 14 of St.Pauls.

Well done to the League for appointing Div 1R umpires for the blockbuster at Houghton this week, a great move :ymapplause:

This guy should have got 11 games twice this year, even the umps are scared.

Good job weve got D1R umpires then, let us focus on good hard footy rather than what one guy is doing

Beefa is a perfect tag :D

Good luck to Ivan this week. Hope he gets his 100. Especially against Houghton. All this talk about number 14 from St Pauls being such a dirty player is bulls**t. I seriously think you guys must've been on something to ever think this guy is dirty. He's one of the cleanest players i've seen.

The question is whether he can still kick the hundred with your nose still up his arse  and I reckon #14's workmates are just extracting the urine ;)

No nose up his ass mate. Just think Ivan has played extremely well this year, and it will be the first time he's bagged a hundred at St Pauls. Plus it will be awesome if he kicked it against you guys. You guys have always given St Pauls a good game. Hope it continues today (8/08/09). :)

Great game out at Houghton Memorial today, good hard footy and credit to The Raiders they played very well and deserved their win.....one incident i'm not very happy about which has resulted in one of my players in hospital sporting a not too flash face, was a disgrace in the way it happened and for the umpire to look right at it and do nothing baffles me even more.

Other than this game was played in good spirits, Newton and Quichey dominant across half back...well done again Houghton and let's hope we meet again this year :D

Great game at Houghton today, they thoroughly deserved the win. Number 16 for HDFC absolutley smashed St Pauls across half back. Great to have Div 1 umpires officiate the game. It was an unfortunate incident that put Dov Larking out of the game and although I really appreciate your input on this site Quichey, I think there was another incident you lost a lot of respect with. You know what I am talking about. A good battle by both clubs and I look forward to the final series!

Well done to Ivan Novasel on kicking a ton in the minor round. A minor positive to come out of the saints loss. He had to put up with some very cheap shots, even when injured, but still managed to kick his hundred. Good work champ! ;)
