Division 4 in 2010 would be the College Team Division?

Scotch OS
Portland (Div 3 Coming Down)

Pooraka
Prince Alfred OC
Adelaide Lutheran
Christian Brothers College OC
Greenacres
Golden Grove

Elizabeth
Pultney (Div 5 Coming Up)

This happening highly unlikely at this early stage but is just interesting...

there is 5 non college sides??

Thats what I was thinking!

Round 5 Tips!

FITZROY v North Haven by 60 + points can Magpies make a game of it? but cant see the Lions giving them a sniff.
POORAKA v CBCOC by 1pt the Bulls to get up at home in a close game the Dolphins are a good side though.
Golden Grove v ADELAIDE LUTHERAN by 12 pts seen both sides now & Dogs to just get the points over the Kooka's.
PAOC v Unley by 30pts Jets been competitve but u all seem to say they cant run out games so the Reds for me.
GREENACRES v Salisbury West by 6 pts this game could go either way but at home the Dragons over the Tigers.

Some ripper games this round with 3 games anyones guess, even Unley beat PAOC last year so that could be 4 games????
IT'S US AGAINST THEM!!!

SAAFL Website

The club started in 1969 when a team was fielded in the old United Church Association for the first time.

That would put Port Presbyterian in the same boat if they were still around

Youre right LM, they were.

AL I guess you could class as a church side of sorts, and I've been told that they still promote the ethos of the church within the club (if that makes sense).

So imagine them with a coach who constantly detonates the F-bomb

An Umpire bagging fellow Umpires? ;)

The Luthers get petty well looked after when they play at home from my experiences.

What a crock!
From my experiences its because we play the ball, unlike Smithfield's last visit to AL Lightning McQueen, which included one of our players receiving a depressed fractue of the cheeckbone from an off-the-ball headbutt! Nice try but...

I've seen a couple of your big blokes going around being dirty over the years and the umpires over-looking it. Yes, Smithfield's last journey to AL was marred by an ugly incident in which the player has been dealt with by the SAAFL. I am sticking by my post and have always thought that you had prospered well from the umpires at your ground. I am by no mean rubbishing your club, just making an observation, you can't pick and chose your umpires.

i tend to agree..everytime we played AL they got a ride..umpires just dont suspect them of doing anything untoward..and maybe they dont..but thats to be judged at the time ..not pre-judged
