Definately not Walkerville A Grade, but i think if you play hard man on man football against Walkerville's B Grade and put them under pressure when they have the ball then they can be beaten as proved on the weekend.

I think SPOC are the best team i have seen in the B Grade.[/quote]

Fair enough mate. A quick question for you and others though. Can a soft team win a premiership? (I'm definitely not saying Walky B grade are definites for the flag, far from it, anything can happen in finals, but it's just a question for interests sake).

Round 18 Tips

SMOSH West Lakes v Salisbury by 60 points, I hear they are resting a couple of players for the finals...
St Peter's OC v Mitcham by 30 points simply too good and too strong across the whole board
Walkerville v Scotch OC by 80 points - are they the form team of the competition at the present?
Portland v Old Ignatians by 15 points - possibly the match of the round
Para Hills v Woodville South by 40 points - will bounce back after their 'surprising' loss last week.

Salisbury and Woody South to go down unfortunately.

D2 is a tight battle with Kilburn def down but could be either Seaton or Pembroke. Has Seaton ever been down in D3 before?

Grail, Walkies are home and hosed in the B grade this year. They are not soft, and would not be too worried about losing a game to a team outside of the top 5. They were pushed the week before by PH as well. I think the loss will reinforce the resolve they already have, and probably just give a few a reality check a couple of weeks out from finals.

Walkies are the best B grade side i have coached against in 4 years of footy, by a fair way.

SPOC are a good side, as are SMOSH. PH can cause a scare on their day. Mitcham are making up the numbers.

One hears the great Super Coach - Felch is not coaching next year and is having a huge Swan Song this week in the
Magoos to see the end of his career. Andy wont have to look over his shoulder any longer for that knife. You tried hard
enough to dig it in but what happened??? - too much flesh to get through. As the Super Coach you are bound to be BOG
in the Magoos when you seduce the crowd with that lethal left boot from the half forward line and that blistering speed.

Is the same guy who is coaching now that someone had to keep taking to the tribunal during their under age career????

8 game one week, 3 the next - Every Wednesday Night at Tynte Street, was order of the day back when Felch was a mere boy

He used to fight like a girl - but he would have a crack would young Felch. ;) ;)

Oh the joys of having a long memory :D :D

Just seen the side and Felch IS PLAYING. He will chop up this week. You should see that Lethal left boot of his.

Named himself on the wing as well to use his explosvie speed

At least this week as runner in the A Grade he cant cause any grief for anyone because he will be shagged

His last game as Player, Coach or Runner is sure to be entertaining though - Word is he is going to take a few with him
so would not want to be standing this machine

Have you got your hench man the "Great Fisty" playing along side of you on the weekend. Could you get Fisty from the mound
where he regularly drinks his 120 red cans each Saturday "on a quite day that is". - (See verbal slurs)

Tipping with my heart for a change…

Para Hills v Woodville South – by a point, saving Woodville from relegation!
Portland v Old Iggies – should be comfortable…but I hope it’s < 1 goal
SPOC v Mitcham – Would be great to finish on a win, especially against SPOC. Hardy, Beinkie and Cantwell all resting, we are a chance...just need to shut down Botten, Copping and Kilsby…easy done…
Walkerville v Scotch – so the Hawks can claim 6th, good for some confidence come 2010.
SMOSH v Salisbury – good bunch of lads at Salisbury, I hope they get up, but I doubt it.

Mate, if we start tipping with our heart, i tip Woody South to win by 200 points, us to win 1 point and you blokes get beaten by a sh!t load...then Westy's words would ring true...'See ya in D4!!!' ;)

We all say things in the heat of the moment we regret,i did think it was a strange thing to say though. Im sure in hindsight he wouldnt have said it, not aloud anyway.

Surely you want us to stay in the same grade as you blokes next year, we all get along so well... :axe:
