I rate both quite highly and both have the ability to kick a few goals from midfield!
Cooke had 38 touches (his wife counted and he bragged...) and 2 goals, played in the guts almost all day and Newman was BOG from half back, spent maybe 1 quarter in total in the middle... good show by both...

nah young Josh goes alright and our BnF from last year Rhino is quality. otherwise, not much loss. and we've covered those now anyway. good luck to them...
heard that Rhino is actually playin in the A's out there. so what 'superstars' were playin.
i heard a rumour that a few of the kilburn lads have some mates out at Ovingham and may be lookin for a change....
I also heard a rumor that there was a guy playing in Ovies A grade against Pines who is actually registered at Kilburn and played for them last week.Doesnt sound entirely legal to me.

Both have good skill. So newman playing most of his footy on the back flank?
Can Cooke's wife count though?

RE newman, he's swappin off the back flank or forward flank/pocket. we have a nice little core of players who can play back or forward. he's one who does it very well...

I reckon he could, you wouldn't know the dimensions by any chance would you, if you had 50 metre lines it would resemble part of the Audi logo.

You should be the educated one here finn, how about getting on Google Earth and working out the dimensions for us, I didn't think it would be that long.

Many moons ago when I played there, we had a full back, Roo Meat Bob Davis(his old man had a kangaroo processing factory) who could drop kick a ball from fullback to CHF with ease. Made it simple for the forwards and sometimes even made me look good too!
