Definatley you seem to have a solid forward line and can cover Scudds if he does leave.... it really isnt much harder untill you hit div 2 and then its a massive jump from div 3.

You're scaring me FS, being nice to GG??

Hey having a dig at GG made my days go faster there for a while  but when its all done and dusted its light hearted banter apart from the charity club bit  but i think they have done well with there on field efforts with a young squad like we have done with our A's with 12 21yo or unders in it it. I no heaps of the lads out there and the majority are good kids.

F*K GG GET ON THE HAWKS  (does that make you feel safer LM)

Finish??? he doesnt have that off switch other people have. His speech apparently was hilarious and im suprised he had clothes on for the awards. The last Modbury lads finished at 4.30am back at the captains house. Not a bad effort seeing they hadnt been home since 12pm Saturday.

Can anyone from Blackfriars confirm if Funky Howe is coaching there next year? I thought he was but have heard recently otherwise.

A bit of mix of areas it appears at this stage in div. 5, a bit more travel for the northerners.
SOUTH
Unley
Westminster
Plympton
Pulteney

NORTH
Smithfield
Elizabeth
Ingle Farm
Hope Valley (NE)
Rosewater
Blackfriars

At least each team has at least one opponent not too far away, a fair bit of travel for everyone though, any news on the possible new home ground for Blackfriars?

I feel a bit sad for Kenilworth going - even though it was a v.long travel I enjoyed playing on that ground. Of course, they could stay yet!

Yes, Kilo, and what a wonderful goal it was... I'll spare the rest of you the details. Also love the BBQ there, Art is a gun with the tongs in hand.

He played in Pirie this year to see of a mate who had one last season coaching. Believe he was sick of the travel by the end of it and ended up training with us at the end of the year. Was on the blower to the lads come final siren time and very excited.

Well known his body is not its best but hopefully without a cricket season, a full preseason under our master trainer will have him up and going.

Forward line of Scudds, Parrish, Ravlich, Simmons & Hoklas with Todd Shepphard (fingers crossed) and Jimmy K changing in and out looks ominous already.

what about some room for the big 37....

does parrish still fall over to fake free kicks like he did when i stood him last year

Do you think he would be a certainty to get it? I would think he would be after taking you guys to the finals in his first year, and after coming up a grade. But you never know.

It was a couple of years ago when you guys made that jump FS, the gap between 3 & 4 is getting bigger every year IMO.
