How did the Modbury V TTG game go on Saturday?

Gullies by 3goals. From what i heard gullys were running with a full strength squad, i may be mistaken. modbury on the other hand had 9 out inc 7 of the best 18. Modbury b's by 15goals

Iggs beat Raggies at Athelstone by about five Saturday with plenty to come in this week. B grade were impressive winning by almost fifteen goals.

Justin Machotta has left Athelstone to go to TTG and ahev heard Scott Fraser isnt playing this year as well! few late minute losses to the raggies!

How much of a loss yet to be seen. In my opinion both players past it and may be time to get a young bloke in to do the job

Agreed, throw Scotty Mumford into the deep end and see what he can do, I suggest he will swim...the kid can play!

Think we may have lost by a bit more than that in the A grade, Were certainly missing 5 or so key players including our best midfielder and centre half forward. Pretty sure gullies were missing a couple as well. There biggest concern would be there depth, i know they have lost a few good B graders to Golden Grove and it really showed. There B grade looked very depleted.

They only lost 3 players in total to us.... Wouldn't allow the other 2 to join us...

Sass, I have spoken to TTG people and they say they won by 10 goals, yet the Modbury people I have spoken with state about 4 to 5. I did watch the B Grade and it was about 7 or 8 in the end to the Hawks after being more than that at half time. Anyway main thing is that great crowd for what has become a regular event, good promotion by the two clubs, they obviously get out of it what they need and really doesn't matter who wins.

That is very correct. He is seriously quick and i doubt to many people would chase him down.
Im not quick by any stretch of the imagination but he took four bounces then looked behind to see how far behind i was to kick a goal. All it takes is a big hit or someone to roughen him up though and he will go missing.
