Half of Pedare's ex students play for GG I'd guess...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Yep, it's Pedare

Im not sure whether it will be next year though because they still have to go through and have all their facilities inspected etc...

Pretty gutsy move though and may end up taking a fair chunk of players from GG if it happens.

As a Pedare Old Scholar i can confirm that they wont be entering the SAAFL this season. They didnt have enough interest as the currently the majority are happy at GG, Modbury and TTG. Some handy footballers have come from Pedare over the years!

But yeah they wont be entering the SAAFL

We will be kicking off late November early December. Not yet confirmed. Should keep most of last years team hopefully and try to add a few extra. How about you blokes?

Top teams in C1 would definately hold their own in Div 7....we used to play TTG a few years ago and they were always good games.
Henley who won Div 7 this year though i think would dominate C1.

Oh ok.... Well our C grade were Premiers and should be stronger than last year! Either way it will be a good challenge for what will be a reasonably young team i would suggest

FS, i reckon that Div 7 is a fair step up, we won the C2 flag against your mob in 08 and this year finished bottom. we had a few ins and outs through injuries and players leaving part way through the year etc but were probably the same strength or just below that of our 08 side...

modbury's side from 2009 will be ok in div 7 - at the upper level of c1 its not that greater a jump to be competitive in div 7 especially with the fitness and game plan that modbury had. that's my opinion of course.

this would be the grade they've nominated for rather than the grade they're officially in - the amateur league will look at all nominations and take forever as usual to decide gradings... :)
