few outs at the lodge this week.. few key players - A captain, a big guy and some others.. Payney and the selection commitee decided to bring some youth into the side and rest a few blokes.. young Trent Payne (15) to sit up forward.. Luke Nelson (17 today) and Matthew Pierce (18) who played A grade last year.. hope the kids do well and the lodge to stick to team rules and structure.. Payne to kick 13 and walts maybe a couple

Highly doubt it mate, someone will be wearing him like a glove. And with the outs you have mentioned, the Glenunga boys will perhaps be able to double team your two sharpshooters. Don't expect it to be too one-sided, we will be coming out hard after a gut-wrenching draw last week.

The players coming in are not mugs either....its not a charity they have earnt a spot over the last few weeks and now due to a couple of injuries have now been given a chance to step up.

Good luck to those guys going up everyone hopes they do really well for themselves and the team.

Ha, I seen in the Sunday mail that Blackborough got in the best for the B's, I thought it was a typo. How did Rick go?

Rick played very well when he got his chance and has held his spot in the side and hopefully continues his good recent form.

I didn't say we were going to win, just said we're hoping to be competitive & will come out firing. But apparently that's being delusional - I once was an advocate for BL to win the flag, but their arrogance and narrow minded stance is wearing thin. I hope CLG smash the living suitcase out of them in the GF, or better still they don't even make the GF. CLG are a much better bunch of blokes, and don't win games with arrogance and thuggery.

Rick went very well last week in the A grade and showed some of the form the team knew he was capable of.

Blackborough is a different person but has also been playing some good football.
