I have heard a rumour that Blackfriars are moving to a new oval next year. The ground in question is Park 23, next to the cemetery on west terrace. The ground is bigger and has a bar facility which might help blackfriars that bit more.

that would be a negative kookas. we did make some informal enquiries prior to the start of this season but did not hear back. we are staying put.
should make you easy to spot in the crowd then zedman.

You probably didn't hear back because, I think Park 23 is occupied until the end of 2010 when the current occupiers move into new facilities at West Beach.

oval would be reasonable sprint?..should dry up this week i would have thought

The WOS I remember from last year certainly would! This year it's hard to feel as confident on that call. I'd still tip WOS... if I was a tipper. ;)

have heard that the current contract us been torn up from the cricket club that runs the ground.

I here there were some big holes dug in the investigation last night from the wos vs smith game a few weeks back will be a very interesting outcome.

:shock: Again :roll: The SAAFL still hasn't released their findings into the Pulteney game yet as the weekend preceding the hearing the WOS incident occurred. I assume they will hand both findings down at the same time
