The idea of not having an Under 18's team and letting last years U/17's Grand Finalist kids play in the A's seems to be working for them. Great move by Spud the coach.
Even loosing 3 of the better kids to Central Districts U/19's hasn't hurt them in recent weeks.

Lets see if the kids can handle the pressure come finals time, different ball game then dad.

Well done to central united for having the faith in the young guys. playing then is a good way to build your club. Also looks like you guys are shaping up pretty well this season. Sitting top of div 6.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

It would be the 8th GF made in a row when they make it and hopefully they turnaround the L into a W from the last two years...

How many have they won out of those 8? Just curious. I can think of a few in D7R, but none in D6R

Don't worry about the Kids come Finals time Duncs, These Kids have played together for many years with heaps of finals experience, U/15 Grand Final Win CDJFL, U/16's Grand Final Win NEMJFL, U/17's Grand Final Loss last year. 5 of them Training and Playing with CDFC U/19's for the past 2 years.

See you next year in D5.

Those guys couldn't play Under 18s anyway, when they played 17s last year the age was actually Under 17.5 and they came in the .5 part, meaning this year they'd be Under 19s, if you're talking about who I think you're talking about. I played against them in the 17s last year and they're a good unit, not sure how much you'll see of Matty Taylor this year though. Frith should be playing Centrals 19s every week, not sure what the story is there.

I'm guessing Spike is in this category as well. Who else from last years Under 17s is playing A grade out there?

Finals in Senior footy is a big difference, but i hop u do go up 2 Div 5 but we will be in Div 4, we were hoping u wouldve made the GF last year so we could have got a bit of payback on ya's after knocking us off last year.

Did Keith Davids spend any time at East Murray Scott?
If it's the same bloke I think it his - he can play. Big boy, with a big mark and good leg.

Yeah - I couldn't believe that game. I came all the way from the Riverland to watch my beloved Eags on such an auspicious occasion and they lost. Not only did they lose...it was to the bloody Units!
