Salisbury West won by 5 goals.....[/u]
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

These are the teams in div 4 for 07

Pooraka
Salisbury
North Haven
Rosewater
Unley
Pulteney OS
Portland
Mitcham
Para Hills

North Haven would be my bet at this stage if they keep their team together. they played some good footy at times last year

Very true about North Haven keeping their side together. They had a few older guys running around, not sure how many will play on. Depth may be their downfall, their B grade did it tough in 2006. Pooraka will be strong, i reckon the other teams are pretty even though. I dont know much about the sides coming up.

North Haven??? Consummate (did i spell that correctly?) chokers come finals time.

Salisbury will come close if they can stay relatively injury free, they have a good bunch of young kids who really served it up to some of the higher ranked teams in div 3, I think i've said before that their result on the ladder was truely indicitive of their performances. A good pre-season and some fitness will see them do well.

Pooraka showed they are nothing without Coghill, If he lines up next year they may do ok, if not...not a chance

i was told Para Hills have been paying some big cash, this could be a downfall as the money will run out before long!

If they keep the bank ballance in the black they will be the team to beat in my mind.

I did however see some good results for Portland & Unley late in the year, it will be interesting if they can go on with it!

Add Ingle Farm to that list as the 10th club. And I would think North Haven would probably deserve to start as premiership favourites, they've been around the mark and should be again I would think.

We'd like to think we can go close. We've lost two young blokes to Gaza, but we're hopeful of getting a couple from around the northern suburbs who bring a bit of experience with them which is what our club needs.

From what I have heard through a pretty relaible source involved with Pooraka, Cogs has agreed to terms with Willaston in BL&G. Understandable in a way, there's no way a bloke of his quality should be playing A4 footy. Not sure whether Wattsy got a coaching job anywhere, but if he did, would leave another massive hole. I'm not gonna write them off, but I hope they pick up a couple.

Would think that Para Hills would be a contender as well, not sure how they're throwing coin around though, last I heard they were gonna go bust after the meat cleaver incident a couple of years back.

Towards the end of the 05 season in an underage match against Gepps it made TT coach benched a player for disciplinary reasons and the said player just happened to have it in his bag

Para Hills could possibly be bank rolled by the community club behind the footy club aparently that club is a nice money spinner. and they have ripped the concrete cricket pitch up and replaced it with a turf one too.

One is playing with out with North Adelaide Reserves/19s, and should play at least the whole year in the 19s out there but has signed with Gaza due to its position in amateur footy. The other is a decent player but is very small height-wise. Will start in the two's I would think but could probably push for an A grade spot.
