Glenunga are going to have 1 hell of an A grade next season with all these guys coming from Fitzroy. It really shows how much respect these blokes have for Bourke after playing with him and now wanting him to coach them aswell.

Signing Bourkey, who is an absolute gun and one of these best footballers I've ever played against, as coach last season was a fantastic move. Buss is a huge pick up for them, he's very agile, can take a strong mark and has the ability to kick bags of goals.

Not sure if $$$$ is respect, but if the rumours I'm hearing are true, Glenunga will be the biggest spending Div 7 side since CLG bought all those guns a few years ago. Good Luck to them but with quality of Bourke and co combined with the cattle they're picking up, can't see anyone getting close to them.
Your post is pretty accurate DKL

That's my spill hope sources were on the right track :)

Dont have a real issue with everyone else talking up Glenunga, the Rams boys cant really prevent that ( Nice try though PD)but if a few of the Rams Boys got on here and started talking it up that it would be a big concern. Doubt you will see that though after last years finals experience.....a lesson learnt that the season goes for 22 weeks not 18 hopefully

Do the lessons learnt include Mario Sabatino reaching deeper into his pockets?

hmm will be interesting to see what eventuates then

I hear that the ball is well and truely rolling out there at the moment so wouldnt be suprised to see them back in div 7 and with some of the players I hear that will possibly be out there. If they can get their services of these players I think that they will go ok.

Lot of talk about Glenunga splashing cash and having next years flag in the bag. Don't discount David Payne at Ingle Farm. He almost pulled off 'Mission Impossible' by keeping the Doggies in Division 6, and had the boys playing reasonable footy by the seasons end. With Payney at the helm and a full pre-season under him, I'd expect Ingle Farm to be back in Div 6 by 2012.

I was unaware if it was all for cash or not DKL, still i'm sure one of the reasons why the blokes that are going there are going there because of Bourkey being the coach of the GFC and wanting to play under him. Good luck to them anyway, there bringing in some quality recruits and I hope everything goes well for them.
