Kilburn training Monday, Wednesday, Friday I believe.

Friday is optional.

Huh.... its amateur sport, all trainings are optional

I've always enjoyed the concept of "optional" and "compulsory" in Community Football.

Really tends to be more optional the more talented you are.

Come on your spuds, you know what I mean..

Mon / Wed are planned sessions, Fri is a 3rd session for anyone whose really interrested.

Wasn't indicating the 1st two are compulsory.

Was only stirring you.

Despite all the 'no train no play' 'compulsary training' etc etc the golden unwritten rule all amatuer clubs no matter what sport operate to is:

Top 5: Do what you like regarding training
Bottom 5: Training will be used as the selection decider between you and the other players around your ability.

Who is the coach?

They will also be required to post their runs if they miss a session. During the season it was 5km runs if you missed. I believe it is 8km runs during preseason but I could be wrong

Also players are hearing on repeat how he won an AFL B&F

Quite possibly the most on-brand post I've seen in my time on this site. I wish I could like this post more than once.

The most ridiculous comment I’ve heard in footy and I’ve heard a few comments from coaches regarding oppo players was when Mead was talking about the Henley side and he said to the players that a certain footballer didn’t like the hard ball. I actually nearly burst out laughing because the player he spoke about was one of the hardest footballers I’ve come across and if you knew the guy you would agree that his attack on the footy is second to none and he has never taken a backward step.
