I can tell you the top 5 from BL a would be
R V
SIBBICK
HAYES
PAYNE
ALDRIDGE

But i would say they would have maybe 8 - 10 votes max. I would think it would be hard from a player from the top 3 sides to win it. I think the winner would come from trinity or lockleys or maybe even MP.

mcdonnell brothers would have to be up there!

I doubt it. I think Nat has gotten one best on ground this year, Luke naught.

They have both been really consistent but haven't really stood out - which is actually a good thing for us, if we can remove the absolute reliance on a McDonnell show then we will be better off as a side.

Having said that they are our supposed "name" players, so when they do play well, they will no doubt get some votes.

I doubt one will come from Mitchell Park. We have had too many injuries/suspensions to our best players.

I would have said Adam Dowsett but he hurt his knee.
Maybe Shaun Lindolm but he has been suspended for a few weeks.
Casey Varnas is a chance but playing on the forward flank makes it difficult.

Never write of Ben Weekley - he always polls well in medals.

I'm with Demonseye, if Vessali doesn't win it I will eat my own hat. Will catch the umpire's eye week in week out and won't have too many votes stolen from him, unlike players from CLG and BL.

Does that make him ineligible? Not sure on the rules, but yes, Luke got rubbed out for 2 weeks.

Why make a joke of the situation browny. R V has been playing onball swapping on a half forward flank. If the Heccie guys want to target him he will be wearing number 3. :D

It wasn't a Heccie guy asking, but thanks, very handy across the half back line, does he still attempt a few hangers per game, they look good when they come off.

yeah still trying. I think he has taken 1 or 2 this year. Is looking very fit at the moment and looking to have a big second half of the year.

R.v took a massive hanger last week.. he is probably our most inform player at this stage.. i think too many guys from lodge and CLG will take votes off eachother so im going to say Vessali will take it out..

cant see a forward winning the medal either, unless he swaps on ball..

Scudds (GG) & Forth (G'Acres) were 1st and 2nd last year in div 5. for memory, both full forwards, both from the top two clubs that were filled with contributors.

and both kicked 100+ goals. i think what you have to remember is that BL and clg will be getting 3,2,1 votes for most the games. compared to WC who will prob average around 3-5 votes a game.

Central United v West Croydon - 20 goals
Hectorville v Brahma Lodge - under a kick, match of the round
Paralowie v Mitchell Park - both teams have to win but MP just
Trinity v Lockelys - Lockelys have dropped off abit so Trinity by 6 goals.. would love to be proved wrong
