Its a long drive from Anderson Walk, they'll be knackered from the early start.

BOS vs Kenilworth: 84 points, BOS improving week by week, too strong at home
Ingle Farm vs Pulteney: 127 points
Smithfield vs Rosewater: 1 point, just a gut feeling, nothing else
Westminster vs Elizabeth: 49 points, Westminster will be hungry to overcome thier round 1 loss
Plympton vs Hope Valley: 40 points, at home and flying, they are too well drilled

BOS to beat Kenilworth.......by a fair bit, they look like a finals side to me last week and that beehive is a distinct advantage.
PULTENEY to beat Ingle farm..........by a cricket score and that will include them declaring.
ROSEWATER to beat Smithfield..........Good solid side Rosies and i havent Smithfield yet.
WESTMINSTER to beat Elizabeth.........so Lances Brother can have a few winning ales tonight and isnt too thirsty when he comes to Valley oval.
HOPE VALLEY to beat Plympton........looking forward to this one should be a beauty if round 1 was anything to go by.

Tried to drink as much as I could Saturday night Demonseye, but kept getting thirsty still, so not looking good for this Saturday. Think you still owe me a beer too, don't ya? :)

Rosewater v BOS. If this was being played at St Dominics Oval I would have automatically tipped BOS, as they are in solid form at the moment. However, Rosewater are always very hard to beat on their own deck. Only 2 points separated the two in Round 2. I'll tip BOS by under a goal.

Elizabeth v Ingle Farm. The Eagles will get up by 15 goals and maybe we'll hear from Duncs again.

Pultney v Plympton. Fair to say game of the Round in Div5. Only 3 points between the two last time they met, but Plympton are taking all before them at present and will be too strong. Plympton by 3 goals.

Hope Valley v WOS. WOS continued their winning form from the 2008 Div 6 GF in round 2 with a 48 point win over Hope Valley. Recent posts suggest WOS have a few MIA at present so I would expect a closer encounter this weekend, but WOS by under a goal.

Kenilworth v Smithfield. Smithfield surprised us all (except those from Smithfield) by downing Rosewater last week. Kenilworth seem to be arking up at the suggestion they 'raised the white flag" against Pultney. Not sure if this will provide enough of a rev up to overcome Smithfield. I'll tip Smithfield by 2 goals, but I think this will be another cracker of a game as are the rest this weekend!

zedman wrote:yeah, as he patronises one club from his position of powerful dominance he slags another off...i bet the white flag was raised plenty of times last year by mcritchie and co yet how quickly they forget..

no need to blank out the name of the club..it says he played them the week before so its kenilworth..what a pathetic way to pass on praise by degrading another club at the same time..and some fall for it and think hes a great guy..its condescending clap trap from wealthy college boys

we have all commended ingle farm this year on their efforts..so why rubbush another club to get his so called point across?
is kenilworth travelling any better than ingle farm? besides the fact we beat them in the first rd,i dont think they are..so how exactly does he calculate a "white flag"?..does he know anything about selection that week?..or the 3 guys who played in both games that day?..or the fact we had only 2 guys 6ft and above..they totally outclassed us as the scores show..but to say we threw up the white flag is utter cr4p from a silver spooner who has "bought" a premiership threat this year

Bassett: as he took himself off the ground 3 minutes before half time with only 7 possesions " i cant believe they are tagging me..this is bullsh1t"..no..whats bullsh1t is you playing in div 5 with perrie and expecting to get an armchair ride every game..so we should just let you roam around and have a clinic?? LOL..its like a year 12 maths student sitting for a year 7 maths test..yeah hes gunna get 10/10 but who gives a f***

/end rant

Actually Zed, I'm with you on this, except you can't say 100% he was talking about your club.

Fair enough, Ingle Farm fought. Great. But there's no need for Pulteney to slag another club given what happened to their own last year. No offense to Ingle Farm but I think it is a bit silly for Pulteney to take shots at a side that has won games and then offer such glowing praise to one that is winless.

A lot of positive talk about I/F on here, bar the results. How will they go in Div 6?

As the side is virtually an Under 18's side with a few older blokes, the aim is to retain and continue to develop the current list and recruit key positional players to bolster the side in areas that are lacking with the aim to be very competitive in Div 6 and continue the re-building process.

Firstly wanna say great effort from PFC considering 4 blokes pulled out of the A grade from the side selected at thursday night.... good work.... great game in the reserves, having played in that game, that game was finals standard footy. This might sound sucky but it was great to play them, they were hard at it all day and it should be a ripper of a game whe we meet next, which we will.......... Regardless of the results today, it was a fantastic day for amatuer footy... Hope Valley are a fantastic club and they have earnt my respect (not that means much. Hahahaha!!!), football was the winner today..... triple headers are the way to go.... i know what i say doesn''t mean much but Hope Valley are a danger side and i rekon they will be one of the sides to watch come september and in the twos , i was chatting to some of the boys who played last year in the reserves (i was one of them) we all agreed HV are a harder and better drilled side then Golden Grove last year....... Danger side....
Anyways im not sucking up, i just call it as i see it...... Well done to all sides today and well done to ingle farm b's, gettn so close....

WUBLV12, every post that you write about Plympton winning you stick bits in about Plympton having 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,100,100000000 players out... it sh*ts me beyond belief!!!

EVERY ****ing SIDE HAS PLAYERS OUT

Yes we had a few pull out but so does every other bloody football side in australia!!

PS thanks for the beer on satdy night!

my bad, wasn't tryn to sound like big deals, i was just happy with the effort..... wont happen again..

Your welcome, i must have had a few more jimmy's then i thought to buy you a drink.. hahaha!!!! when are you back?

thats ok buddy, it didnt just sound like big deals, it sounded like HUGE deals...

Hammy feeling good, maybe next week, depends on how far away the away game is is to how the hammy is coming along!!!
