Felch doesn't like CBC, no surprise there. Tips against us nearly every week.
I hope it doesn't eventuate.

Adelaide Lutheren beat Pooraka by 4 or 5 goals. Could have been more if the had of kicked straight. Pooraka played some ordinary footy. No chase and too many turnovers.

great game by the Reds at park 9, beat SW all over the park. Roo and JR thomas up forward took strong pack marks all day and didnt really give them a chance.
from what i undersatand and remember from the last time we played SW they had at least 3 of there better players out (bald bloke in the guts, and coombes?? the two i can think of off the top of my head) so the score may have been a little inflated but at the same time i think the way the Reds backline is working it wouldnt have mattered. the bloke who kicked all SW's goals mcintyre is a class act! bloody good hands.

one of our better team efforts for the year no real stand outs (besides roo kicking 7) so good signs with waltham back next week as well.

spoke to a mate from pooraka and they said they were just terrible. so sould be a big game with them on the rebound and at home

I was at Fitzroy v Unley. Lots of fights and banter among spectators, players and coaches from both grades. There was some quite 'unsociable football' at times particularly from the Roys. A lot of this was caused by bad umpiring but I think all players should be used to this and be able to deal with it by now.

The Fitzroy A grade seem to be gaining some nice momentum now and looked sharp despite the absence of a few regulars. I thought Unley would be a lot better after their recent form but they were never in the game at any stage.

A disappointing loss by the Burra's on the weekend against the Dolphins. Missed opportunities in front of goal by us were punished as good sides do. Playing on from the square to hit the post, multiple missed shots from dead in front and a few other things cost us the game but that's where we are letting ourselves down this year. Just not doting the i's and crossing the t's. All credit to CBC though, they were still too good.

I do have to apologise to both their A's and B's for our lack of hot water in the showers after the games. Not good enough.... But we had none either.... Sorry lads....

Not a real exciting affair at Greenies on Saturday, result went as expected, North Haven battled hard and have some very good quality players, the Dragons played some good footy in patches but were poorly let down with goal kicking, good win none the less, and was well celebrated Sat night with the Greenies idol night!!!!

Nice headbutt from No 10 from SW on Matto - Matto just smiled at him and walked off. At least the SW Assistant Coach did the right thing and dragged him for the rest of the game.

An SW spectator, who actually looked like he was related to No 10; "they're just soft college pooftas" Mate - he gave it his best shot and it didn't even raise a bruise - who's soft?? Plus it is never a good idea to yell that out when you are getting pumped all over the ground

Choccies, we can accept the shower situation as that is only temporary, as for the mouth on the b grade runner that is another story.

The A grade game, was ugly but another w. Always good to get a win out there and to get it by 6 goals was pretty good. Thought Primus and Konopka were pretty much unstoppable upfront for us.
