Apparently he wants to play footy with his cousin and his brother who has also said he is going to play at Mitcham. Hawks are putting together a nice package deal for both of them

if it was money jarrad (mark hirst's) brother was after you would think he would stay put where he is in the country. that is if his arm is well and truly healed up by now.

FWIW Trinity will win this week i rekon, forgetting about last week i think they have hit form at the right time of the year.

woodville south will be too strong for either though IMO, Clifford and stubbs have been almost unstoppable in the second half of the year and they have too many match winners across the park.

I dont think its all about the money...it may be the only year they have a chance to all play together so I think it will be a decision made by all three. I tell you if it was Mitcham or CLG who were to pick up the three of them they would have a very strong and tall side. Some quality footy players there! You are right though....the Mitcham bloke may move to CLG if the offer is right!!

Wouldn't mind hearing from some TOS people in regards to who they think are deserving.

For me, Jamie Forwood was clearly our best player throughout the year but there are a lot of other good midfielders in the comp also. Our team does not have a lot of stand out superstars so as mentioned, no need to include our players just because we finished 2nd. Spurr would probably be the next choice as a utility, Has played hbf, midfield and fwd throughout the year and been fairly consistent. Ty Zorich has also been quite consistent as a possible 2nd ruck in the TOTY but to be fair, there are probably other ruckman that could be in front of him. Think Carey is pretty close to the money!

Trinity for mine.

Hopefully we can escape the trip next year with a win tomorrow ourselves and move to D4....

A win would see ML go from Div 7 to Div 5 without a flag. Woody Sth will win the big one and sorry Riddler TOS will win at home tomorrow. Stay down and have another crack at MP, c'mon.

I am the witness to a rather large bet being made on tomorrows game. Mawson even given a 12 point start in said bet. Looking forward to hearing the outcome of the Prelim. Good luck to Riddler and the boys.

Well, I was way off. Congrats to TOS on their promotion and they are good enough to upset WS next week. Well done to ML on coming this far in their first year of D6, can only get stronger.

Cheers Q. ML never looked like it yesterday. Did say to the coach we'd need a few things go right for us to beat TOS, so let's win the toss, kick with the strong breeze and put some scoreboard pressure on them. Well the exact opposite happened, TOS won the toss and kicked half their score in the opening quarter. :( Every Inside 50 they had in that first term seemed to result in a goal as they kicked goals from everywhere. It was 9.1 or something similar but the middle of the goals appeared to be magnetic with the footy. We were playing catch up from there but could never bridge the gap. The 2 sides that have put on the best display of footy against us (TOS yesterday and WS against us at our deck) are fittingly in the Grand Final. Good Luck to both, but just reckon WS will get the job done. Well done to Geoff and his crew, a good first year up in Div 6, particularly with only 2 players yesterday (lees and Mumford) added from our div 7 side last year. Undoubtedbly we'll need to add more with our experienced list if we want to take the next step.
