I would like to Congratulate the Brahma Lodge C grade on their first win of the season...when we went into the rooms in the last quarter for our coaches address i thought the C grade might have thrown it away so I was very surprised when we come out for our warmup to see they had got up by a couple of kicks..

Well done to North Haven for pushing the game all day and im sure they will be looking forward to the rematch played under lights after the A grade at North Haven!

Our boys fought hard and were unlucky not to get up. They got a rocket from Pricey at half time and I reckon that made them fight it out to the end and stay in the contest. Well played Brahma.

Yeah that "rocket" he gave them was huge, went for about 2 minutes and could hear it by the change rooms. Fair spray. I think it went something like F***** get the f****** ball and f**** tackle the f****** and smash em. lol.

:D It was a contest for the ages, a titanic battle between 2 men trying to out do each other a bit to much. I think Pricey with his rocket just slid home :D

Well played to Heccies on Saturday, was a hard fought game, and definately made us earn every kick and in the end, the 2 points. This division is proving too be a rather competitive one, with all sides putting up a decent contest and no games being 'pushovers'..

Elizabeth this week away should prove too be another tough game, they appear resurgent after a slow start to the year. Good idea by them too play the game earlier too allow us too watch our respective A grades. Great idea in my opinion..

Lutheran were too tall and had too much run for us. 9 scoring shots each at half time. AL 6.3 to HV 3.6. We created enough chances in the first half. Blew us out of the game after half time. I think with a 4 quarter effort we could match them. I will be interested to see the Plympton v AL result this week (in all grades actually)

Looking forward to the "twilight" game @ 5.15pm against North Haven this week.

Well done to the HV captain on selecting "scissors" to decide which way we kicked in the first quarter!!

Yeah we are to, can't wait. There's going to be a few guys coming out tomorrow night that are keen for a run in the C's. It's going to be awsome, we have one against Elizabeth in 3 weeks aswell.
