How do you get this point (that it is not a rule) across to the maggot, if he is already making up rules, I’m sure he’ll make up more to suit himself.

Had one on the weekend, supposedly down from Div 1 to Div 5, sent player off for abusive language for 10 minutes stating can’t replace, didn’t show either yellow or red card, sent captain to request clarification, was informed by maggot that will sort it out at half time………so supposed to play with 17 men for 20 minutes, I don’t think so!

Had to send runner out to inform confused maggot of rules, ended up 10 minutes, able to replace and player allowed back on field after 10 minute sin bin.

Maggot also didn’t call holding the ball when ruckman tackled taking ball into possession from boundary throw in………think he needs to forget div 1 and go back to juniors!

Keepitreal, no one dropped from 1 to 5, what game were you at? but your right, they got the ules wrong

IF V Plymptom & that was what the maggot claimed.
I saw that incident from the very comfortable surroundings of your clubrooms, that ump made a terrible mistake there, not sure what he was doing with that one, i was saying to a few mates that there was no card, and no replacement. No replacement means that he would have needed a red card.

I didn't recognise either as D1 umps though.

Maybe in his head he was....
I recognised his head think it was definitely Richard Head and he certainly was!

Think the roos would be fairly happy to see that Bryant wont be playin this week, suffering ankle injury last weekend

I would think he would be fine in the selection room unlike another forward who failed to kick any goals in his first match back from injury on the weekend!!! Makes you wonder if he is ready and perhaps needs a couple of weeks in the twos to get his pace back?

Not trying to take any credit away from CU or Glenunga but could it be possible that the teams they have played in the last 2 weeks have rested players or not played some of their players to lessen the chance of injuries?

This is possible but as footballers we generally dont want to just rest for no reason. If people have injuries they might rest but i couldnt see to many teams resting fully fit players just yet personally.

Luke played a great game at fullback on the weekend.

Much better than the guy playing fullback previously. He was a bit of a hack.
