You might want to check your facts before you associate Newman with us.

Why do you hope you play us early, by the way ? Will the cash have run out by the latter rounds ? :D

Also, who is Havens new high profile recruit that is currently trying to back out of his deal ? Want to shed some light Ouzo ?

my bad sorry to associate you with poorland Newman.. nuh from what all yous boys say there is plenty of cash down our way??? i 'think' that would be Coxy your talkin bout... if he does go it only frees up another $500 bucks a game for us to get someone new

Maybe the spare cash can top up Jeff's payments.

Apparently Ca$h Haven have appointed a new cleaner... Shes on $650 a week!! She's been cleaning div1 for the past three seasons, so should be cherry ripe to clean in this div.

That’s $350 more then Jeff, and $150 more then Hood!! They have recruited very well this year!! :D

That's $650 m2 and she is just the carpet cleaner. We have also hired a window cleaner $700 per window, a Kitchen cleaner $200 per piece of cutlery, a Groundsman who gets $50 per blade of Grass and a Weather tactitian who is going to determine what boots to wear moulded or sprigs, he gets $100 per boot.

Theres not many guys on here from the other clubs - Punky is involved at Fitzroy, Heater is tied up with Pulteney. Any news ?

Are you talking about the ruckman from Unley ? Good player, cant remember his name ? Him and Wattsy would have had a good battle.

Hughes is playing for us, he did play his junior's at Portland and is mates with a lot of our blokes. Will be handy for us.

I don't know much other than the lads have started training, I take my cricket rather seriously to let footy get in the way. plus I am 40/60 of playing this season too....................which reminds me I must ring the pres to discuss future.

No. His first name is Jeff, not sure of the surname. Always trying to flog us stuff at work like suncream or heat rub cream stuff, iceblocks you name it - he is annoying.

no Jeff wont be north havens trainer for 2008 and Lance gets his coke and schnitzel for his great services per week!!! by the way Lance makes more sence than Jeff most the time #-o sorry Jeff its true... North Haven are in discussions with one or two trainers [-o< hopefully sorted out sooner than later.. Drove passed Havens on wednesday night and Buzza & davo had near on 30 boys at under 18's training very impressive Aaron & Blake =D> =D> =D>

Mate If Buzza is the coach of the under 18's no wonder cash Haven are spending big on recruits. From what I've seen from playing against him he should not even be allowed to have control of a crayon let alone the future of a club. I wouldn't be suprised if cash haven's U18's fold at some stage during the season.

Are you involved at Unley, leftrightout, or did you hear that second-hand ?

Had heard they were having trouble but the pres put the hard word out and got support.

The Pres definately put the hard word out to all senior players and they filled all positions on the committee with a list of 10 people helping out with all the little jobs around the club....

The Jets have recruited a few from Hills league but also lost some quality players aswell

Fitzroy have lost a recruit before the season has started.
He was set to be a gun mid-fielder- unfortunately his Dad has been diagnosed as having cancer, so he'll be going back to Melbourne. We wish him & his family all the best.
