Nick is a great lad and can play, but in all seriousness, he struggles to find his way to Port Reserve most Saturdays and he lives about 1 km from there - imagine how reliable he will be with a 1 hour car ride ahead of him !!!

i wonder if encounter bay are still wanting to give him this money after the injury he sustained at a 21st on the weekend one of his party tricks went wrong and resulted in a pint glass braking in his hand severing an artery and plenty of stitched. Nice enough bloke, but stupid

Mark "Super" Elliott was a good appointment & would have been very good for our club. Sadly his father passed away suddenly a few weeks ago & Mark resigned his position to be able to assist and care for his Mum in her time of need.

C Grade coach is now a priority, however we feel comfortable in our decision to not rush in and appoint a dud just for the sake of filling the position early.

Heard last night that Smosh were training down at tennyson beach and Sam Daveron was spotted with them,
If he has signed thats a nice P/U for Smosh who are remaining very tight lipped about recruits.

Sam is playing country football. training with his ex school mates. Smosh has no recruits. working with its players from last year.

Is it true some players have returned back to the club Schimma?? Players that have played in the past but have just had a year or 2 off for various reasons?
You seem very keen to keep SMOSH quiet?!
Even with the same side, they will be a very strong side, with reports from players the coach is making a great impression on the playing group!

Our preseason numbers were very good early, but dropped dramatically prior to christmas and after New years.
Numbers have doubled in the last week or two alone and we are hoping to get everyone back on the track consistently in the coming weeks. Not sure where the rumour of player unrest has come from ???

Dunno who the hell is returning Schimma - if they are, they're not at bloody training. Good numbers though - just need some injury luck - we got savaged last year. Hopefulyl have some u/18's play some A grade this year - we had a good side the 18's last year who lost by a kick in the GF.

New president has a lot to say - ala Jeff Kennett. Hope he doesn't have a ridiculous inside/out jacket or something like that. Everyone gives him a wide berth.

You guys did have a good 18's side
probs 2-3 capable of playing from the start of this season!
With the quality B grade you have, injuries shouldnt hurt you guys as much as they do other sides!

Daisy hasnt been seen so far this preseason so im not sure what is goin on there and Thachy works in the evenings so only comes out to train when he can.
