I think Henley will be around the mark. It wasn't until the last quarter that the game was won, but Salisbury North didn't really break the game wide open at any stage.

I'm fairly sure Henley had James Stewart go down with a hamstring injury, Ned Heath get red carded (for not a lot I'm told), and Tim Broadbent with a rolled ankle all before 3/4 time I believe. Having that many players out of action in D1 makes a big difference, and so I'm not surprised Salisbury North were able to run away with it in the last. Good win for them nonetheless though. Hard to beat Henley at home.

You're right about the Ned Heath incident. I thought a free kick was warranted, but not much else. Maybe the umpires are being extra vigilant about that sort of thing this year?

yep that was my first thought, the umps have been told to be extra extra penalizing on anything with cruel non-football intentions (am guessing)

but anything malice seems like will simply not be tolerated and you'll be straight off red card, and considering how the league was tarnished last season this is understandable
this is fine, the player got put in naughty corner and wont do it again which is a good lesson, BUT a red card means tribunal yeah??
