We have the same problem - the ACC wont let us fart in them without 5 years of submissions
Maybe we can get my mate Mike Rann to declare them major projects and build something that is, at least, half decent

Footy Follower wrote:Was obviously out at Campbelltown today supporting our reserves side, and I just want to say a huge congratulations to the Pooraka B grade who knocked of a very good Golden Grove outfit to make the Reserves Grand Final next week. I know you generally judge a club by their senior side, but our b's have been a tight unit all year and deserve to experiance a gf next weekend! Congrats to PAOC today who were easy winners over the Roys. The Roo was a huge difference up forward for PAOC and I hope he plays next week to make one rip snorting GF!
If Roo plays next week PAOC by 16 pts.
If No Roo, CBC by 24 pts.
Also for those who are interested, Pultney and Westminstor up into div 4 next year and Salisbury and Woody South's down!
Good mix!
Good Luck to the four Grand Finalists next week! And Come on you Bulls!

Is that a fair assesment DE ?
Someone from PAOC can answer this - Are PAOC a better side than last year ?
I havent seen them play this year, but looking at their side, i wouldnt think they are.
Is D4 weaker this year than last ?
I havent seen any D4 games this year at all.

General consensus yesterday from the PAC, CBC, Fitzroy and SW blokes I spoke to was that it is a much tougher competition this year, plus PAOC 2009 would comfortably beat 2008 even without Roo or Modra.
Key areas:
Will Dalwood in ruck - we struggled in ruck badly last year although James absolutely dominated the ruck yesterday
Much tougher on ball - the one armed bandit at CHB has allowed Phillips to play onball and Matto coming good in the 2nd half
We struggled with pace last year - much quicker this year with a far better spread of runners
Pretty general comment, but most 2009 D4 sides other than Unley and North Haven would beat their teams last year
Going to be a good game next week - let's hope its dry and on a big oval, if just to keep the spectators apart - bit of bad blood last week
Any truth in the rumour CBC have had another key player with a late transfer to Greenacres?![]()
