'Wanker is a pejorative term of English origin, common in Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and British-influenced territories like South Africa. It initially referred to "one who masturbates" but has since become a general insult. It is synonymous with tosser'.

Direct from Wikipedia I submit the following -

Wanker is also a German surname; according to the 1990 census, "Wanker" is the 53,492nd most common surname in the United States.... gee... who'd have thunk it hey !!

So Leo from the Paul Hogan Show was German.

Ahh yeah.... how could I forget an Aussie legend like that !! Maybe he had German roots ?? (Can't say the W word, cant say Camel toe, can I say root ??)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Yup, forget his first name though. The whole extended family got blessed with footy genes, some good players among them all. I know the grandma would like to see a few of them all playing together next year.
