They were 2nd for most of the year............lost in an elimination final...........hardly struggletown though!!

Haven finished 5th, will lose a couple of players, so may drop down a spot or 2. Where is the money coming from down there? You must just about be all out of it by now?

Our U/18 are in the Grand Final and the rest of our Juniors go alright as well...........all good for the future!! Every club loses players each year and Haven will be no different.
Haven's money tree's are still growing and going alright!!
would almost be time to harvest and sell off to the juniors again though wouldnt it???
C'mon Fisty, I said money trees not plants...............All above board!!!

Going on from what Felch started with what Div 4 may be like next year. IMO GG will be very hard to beat. Heard there coach on the radio the other day, and by the sounds of it they have a lot of debth! Scudds has kicked over 100 goals for them and even in a lower grade that is very impressive!!! Spoke to someone involved with the Roys on the weekend and they have already started to look for new recruits. Unfortunately though it looks like they will lose Sok to overseas journies.
north haven are north haven. . . they will have an up and down season as always, some stages looking unstoppable, other stages looking like a bottom 3 side. To hard to predict. If they lose some of the players mentioned they will struggle.
Salisbury are a proud club and will be solid next year. Not sure about Salisbury West. . . they look like a club on the slide and could just keep on sliding.
Pooraka could be a big mover with rumours of some big name returns such as Lee Coghill (former captain and has been playing at Willaston), Mark Watts, also a former leader of the club who has been coaching playing in Victoria, and Mark Greaves who kicked 73 goals for Pooraka 4 years ago in the A grade. If they can hold on to some of their key players from this year they could be a contender.
CBC will be very average again, most likely a bottom 2 side. Adelaide Lutheran also will be in the bottom 5 again.

Congratulations to Portland who have made it to the GF, good result from 0-3 at the start of the year.

My prediction is a Portland V PAOC GF with Portland winning by 2 goals.

Been fun this year, look forward to some good post next year!

now i'm going to do what all good footballers do in the off season :drinkers: :supz: :drinkers: :partyman:  :vomit

I would think beating PAOC would be more satisfying for Portland next week.
Piccachu there are strong rumours circulating you returning to Portland next year? Any truth?
