SAAFL Div 5 & 5R (2009)

A good game out at Plympton Park on Saturday, Smithfield led at 3 qtr time in what could've been the biggest upset of the year. We were very depleted and the absence of Chris James hurt us big time.
To Plymptons credit, they showed their class and fitness and ran out easy winners in the end. Steve Taylor was sensational again and Jim Smith was well held, mostly by a 15 y.o named Matt Daly, he was superb.
Good Luck to all remaining teams for the season, the premiership is far from won, any of the finallists have a genuine chance IMO.

Good game of footy.... We'll have to play more then 1 quarter of footy to win finals. had to laugh at number 1 who finger gestering to the crowd after you guys kick a goal with 15 minutes to go, got the crowd goin... He can play though...

That's Bondy, that's his thing, it wasn't his fault that no Smithfield supporters were nearby, he thought your faithful might appreciate it. Mind you, there was some impressive sights in that direction, I had no hesitation in going to the canteen for my wife or kids.

Neutral is only a preference for the following reasons.
1) Who's going to worry about texting an animated car if they win, will probably get caught up in the hype.
2) Who could be bothered texting an animated car if you lose, I should know by Friday where I'll be heading.

Yeah LM I have an ex whos a big Plympton fan, no doub she was there Saturday and some of her friends aint too shabby. Would have even looked better and better after each trip to the bar aswell
