I know the lads were a bit disappointed after the game, good contest all day and a 44 goal turn around from the last time they met, it hurts loosing after the siren.
The boys are looking forward to the next couple of weeks and maybe sneak in a win or two

Yes we did have a few back but only 1 guy who hadn't played C's during the year, and he played barely a qtr.

It was unfortunate the side you had to play against today that we fielded, it wasn't our intention to have a side like that at all unfortunately with the Smithfield debacle we had a large number of players who were returning from injury who would've played B grade that needed to get some sort of game time under their belts before finals. I did try to keep their time to a minimum if I could help it.
Para Hills definitely have my respect, up against it all year and it cant be easy at this stage of the year with barely a full side to keep turning up just to be on the wrong end of some big scores, but the wheels haven't fallen off and they just keep presenting.

IF (and that is IF) Ingle Farm can defeat Glenunga by a margin of 66pts plus tomorrow at Rowe Park, they well leap frog Mitchell Park on % and could effectively elminate them from the finals race if Pulteney defeat Flinders Uni.
Given our Rd 1 debacle with Mitchell Park and then the return game and obviously their club's continual animosity and malevolence towards Ingle Farm over a bitter rivally from 10yrs ago, i have been craving an opportunity to exact some revenge and justice and those loses have sat in the pits of our teams stomachs over the course of the season, driving us as a team and a club to continue to be better, and to think OUR fate is in OUR hands and WE could have the final say is fitting..
All that said and done, MASSIVE battle for my side tomorrow to lift for the massive occasion over a much improved Glenunga who beat us earlier in the year, but what more motivation do you need..
IF IT IS TO BE, ITS UP TO US!
