every club has them, you only notice them when your losing...

not saying its fun but they are an unfortunate part of not winning

The visitors coaches box is in a pig of a position at Rosies, apart from it being tucked away in a pocket you tend to cop a barrage of abuse as the day goes on. Last season every player that came off copped an absolute ear-bashing and every time I made a comment to my runner I had to put up with a heap of supporters taking the p!ss or mimicking everything I said.
People are going to drink and they are going to support their team and get in the opposition faces, it is a bit too close and relentless how they are set up.
Well done to Rosies though, must have been a great two games, BOS missed out 2 years in a row in really tight ones, 3rd time lucky maybe.
IIRC Elizabeth knocked Rosies out in the B's last season, it would've felt good to turn the tables.

Thing is Lm they moved closer to the "Slumdogs (Past players and life members tent)" which would have been worse, them one side our box the other!

Tough one this week hey Bradman, WOS at Glandore, they'll be fired up and ready to go one would imagine, I thought they'd take the biscuits against Plympton, how wrong I was.

Alot of people wrong on both games mate, dont think your on your own.

Very tough but it is a side we have beaten twice this year so not going there short of confidence.

it was ok in that spot bradman. the guys in the tent didn't give us any grief during the game but there were two older blokes going ballistic about the tent when i arrived at 1pm threatening to rip it down when the game started. stupid really. it wasn't causing anyone any hassles. in the end you guys won and that's what the game was about.

Hounds nice to see you blokes back at the bar again after the game lol but what do you expect from a team who use a tent as a coaches box

it was no disrespect to you blokes. you've probably experienced dissappointing results before where you've decidde to just head off and contemplate what might have been.

My tips for the weekend. Oviously not going to tip in our games. in both grades at pulteney, should be ripper games...

In the WOS vs Rosies games

A grade - WOS by 8 points in a thriller...
B grade - WOS by about 56 points.. They will be fired up after last weekend, very good running side and will be to good...

Hopefully The Bartman takes out the Div 5R medal tonight. With 2 in our top 4 not really having much impact, he will poll very well in most games me thinks! Young squid might pinch a few votes, but The Bartman all the way!!

Lightning McQueen wrote:Very interesting, out of our 4, Bridgland played about 3 games and Michael Taylor is an under 16, I'd be putting my money on Steve Taylor for sure now, I thought Bondy and Fairhurst might pinch a few votes off of him, apparently not. I can't see Bridgland scoring more than 3, M.Taylor could pick up between 6 and 10 at the most, Chris James will poll well but missed about 7 games.

Hows this one then carey, Bridgland 3, M.Taylor 6, James 11, S.Taylor winner. :-bd
