interesting view point from the ump i think on 5rph show, words to the effect of 'it might ruffle a few feathers but if it gets you the premeriship ...'
looking forward to see how this plays out.

how's the sleep going LB?

Bring it on... There's no point getting upset about him playing. Every club would do the same thing if they could!
He's there to help them win a flag so of course he was going to play

Will not play.....

He might still play. Teams can name whoever they want on the website, the actual team sheet handed in half hour before could well have his name on it. Walkerville named a squad of 29 on the website for the Div 3 GF, with some guys who missed almost the whole year with injury.

Bit of foxing from Pulteney I think. Surely If he's available, they will play him.

What position has he played in the few games he has played?? Noticed he's kicked 4 goals a game or something...
There was always talk at Adel Luth he might play for us for a year when he retired, he always said it was out of AL and pulteney his 2 teams. Used to come and watch a bit, take the odd training and have a drink with the boys - Great bloke!!

Pulteney got up by 2 goals (although it was essentially one, as a goal was kicked from a shot after the siren) in a great game. Either team would have been a deserving winner, but Pulteney marked the ball Inside 50 at the right times and converted henceforth.

Heard on good authority there was about 2000 people at the div 5 gf today. Great game by all concerned and heard many of good words about how the ground had an electrifying atmosphere. Now lets hope plans fall into place over the next year or 2 and developments happen for the ground to become the best in the SAAFL. Well done to Pultney and Plympton,I tipped both. :D
