I heard that andrew bachmann was named in the c grade last week, and he can play the last 3 to qualify for finals, is this true? I know he retired from south on saturday after the game, this could be the start of finals time for the saints and perhaps saving meekins from the inevatable...

you guys should be moving heaven and earth to get T.Bache to coach your club should of took over earlier this year.Hope you blokes have learnt 3 year deals are not the way to go should of changed coach at the start of this year if you dont make finals in 2 years you have to be looked at. :shock:

Apparently in a last ditch attempt to stay at the club, meekins is urging andrew bachmann becomes coach so he can be bench coach, but from what I understand bachmann is going to tanunda with his mate next season...

Some blokes need to know when to quit,done nothing in 2 years whats he going to acheive coaching from the bench isnt there where hes been coaching from anyway :shock:

The Saints have a short list of five prospect coaches for next season they will be interveiwing in near future, B.Thompson, D.Stupple, S.Lynch, T.Bache and R.Hart. Should be interesting few weeks.

Well knowing a couple on your short list, do they know they are on the list hart would be fantastic for your club, and lynch could probably take your a grade to the top 4...

front runners obviously Thomson and Bache... funny thing is thommo did tell me he definately would not be coaching the A grade next year

who is this Stupple character??

Why wouldn't lynch be the front runner lion heart he is a gun coach and has the whole league behind him, he would tower well around these blokes you mentioned with his credentials...

Darren Stupple is the heart and soul of the Christies Beach F.C, former best and fairest winner and a top person, I know the players would thrive under his leadership, would also do the job for nothing as thats the person he is.

I would have thought this may have been confidential information Saints 07, especially as some of the candidates are involved in rivals clubs, and may not have told their current club of the situation.

That's all well and good saints but can he attract players which they desperately need, I heard tom roberts is coming back to adelaide, but not too aldinga he is looking to coach and is looking hard at knocking meekins off his perch, I heard you are close to rommy saints any truth to that...

no chris groom in that list i was told is was just about a done deal for groomy,if stupple gets the job lets just hope he coaches footy better than he trains greyhounds :lol: :lol: :lol:

Apparently lynch has been offered a 3 year contract to the saints, he wants an extra 5k a year to coach from what they are offering...
