Just a question on C grade games next week. If they are planed as triple headers will they be played at a different time. I heard that we at Portland may play on a Friday night? Any truth to this or info that anyone may know of? Just with it being on Anzac Day thats all.

Well if it is on a Friday night all clubs involved should make it compulsory that all players to be there and support their club. I only heard of it running through at training last night. I reckon its great that different clubs can come together like that and make a good show of it. It should happen more often.

Its been a little while since we faced off against each other. Good rivalry going on here. Should see good numbers at both events. Hope your canteen has plenty of food ordered. We are a bunch of pigs after a game. Hope the bar will be plenty stocked to

Good to see Portland get the first runs on the board last week. Great footy from both teams. Should see number 2 this week against scotch.

Another loss to the boys has really shown what is needed to turn the side around. Allthough am confused at why the coach (correct me if I'm wrong) is the trainer and only came off the field for a total of 4 minuets for the whole game. The umpiring was as expected for c3 but surely your mouth and thewhistle are ment to meet at some stage.

Very dissapointed with Unley FC and or Scotch. Players had to get ready outside the changerooms and it was not until 10 minuets before the game started we were able to get in the rooms. If this is going to be a common occurence maybe a little more thought could go into it or use the home games of the higher grades to use theday as triple header

Disapointing day again for us. We lost the game in the 1st quarter. Iggies were good then and that was about it. I have really noticed with the privatesector clubs (ie college, uni and the like) the run and feed out the back is rather annoyin seagull type of footy but it works. If teams are to beat these sides that do hang out the back (like simon goodwyn is so good out not getting in for contested footy) they should get beeten. Our ump was disgraceful thre ump didt step in at any stage but im sure everyone that reads what i post knows i like to have a crack at the umps now and then. It really comes down to us actually training and prcticing some sort of game plan. We dont have one and thats what is killing us.

We have been beaten by sides up the top by no more than 6-7 goals in some games, and these sides have beaten others by more than 10 or so goals. So there are some positives for us at his stage. We have lost a couple by less than 4 goals because of some bad decisions and not using the first and best option. With better attention to that we should be able to turn the last half of the season around. Well here's hopin anyway

number 5 for salisbury would have to be the biggest jerk i have ever seen on a footy field, got sent off after taking close to 20 punches at players behind play. credit to the other salisbury players for actually wanting to play footy and not brawl.

I didn't see the C Grade mate as I work Saturday mornings so I can't really comment, but I'm sure if there was an indiscretion, it'll be followed up.

Well done on your win too mate, would've been nice for you to have N. Giles in the side. Why is Kara playing B grade? Was a very good junior footballer.

Yeah sorry Schimma, Does it each and every single week. Is not a bad footballer but this year seems to be in all sorts of a mess. I dont think he understands what controlled aggression or hard at the ball and body means. Playing C grade at C3 level you expect better than the shit that is sometimes served up, C grade should be about pumping the kids in that are not quite up to B grade yet, the lads that want to have a few cans after the match (sometimes during as well) having a kick and a bit of a laugh and a few Pensioners teaching and providing support to the young lads. If you want to punch on, go play D7R, or better yet, go Box, the footy field is no place for fists. There are other ways to have an impact and let the opposition know you are out there!
