Looks like you'll be coaching back in your usual divisions in the next year or 2 keep it real. Heard you might need some help with some paper work at Pike park. Can't afford to lose your points when you only kick 14 a week

mate, i've just been reading some of your dribble on other forums, looks like you make friends where ever you go. Think you might be the lonely one, no wonder your clinging to MBF. Keep it coming buddy, got you pegged now.

You cant drag us down with your negative abusive attitude. We are moving forward, we are trying, we are developing.

At least we have heart and backbone, we dont jump ship when things get tough. As for the points well pfft, they can take away our points who cares! We know we're in for a tough season our focus is on growing and developing each week and as a team making improvements, the scoreboard really doesnt matter nor does it reflect our endevour.

BUT if you think you can do better than the boys on the park, please dont let fear hold you back :P

how is that abusive. just stating my opinion, thats the idea of this thing isn't it. Anyway don't let me get you down, stay positive and prove to me that the club has made all the right decisions for football. Good to see mounty and Alexander back and in the best and i beleive Rusty's back on the track too, shame you havn't got the 7 or 8 A graders that left and maybe the 6 or 7 that would have played for a certain coaching applicant. Now before everyone has a cry i'm just stating my opinion, but i happen to know this would have happened if personal feelings didn't cloud good football decisions, seriously are you any better off with a coach who's been through a heap of average clubs (why is that)

I personally saw Ingle Farm play Saturday
People can say what they like but to the young teams credit they kept going but have not got the players
Who's fault that is i wouldnt have a clue
Just something that i personally would like to see is not putting 18 blokes behind the footy when your getting beaten like that, young lads coming out the backline with footy bombing to Opp players time after time are learning nothing.
They (forwards) need to learn to run and position themselves and learn from mistakes etc
Tagging when that far down also is going to teach them nothing about getting the ball and using it when being so negative
Differance between 39 goal loss and 45 goals is nothing and you never know you may score more goals yourself.
Just my opinion and Nivo is doing what he thinks is best
Not having a go at his coaching or anything just my thoughts
Some like to say Arrogant, I like to say confident.

Anyone can go to a ready made side, was always going to be a challenge with them finishing 8th the previous year and only just avoiding relegation, have some great kids with excellent talent that would certainly benefit from on field guidance and leadership from more senior players but unfortunately these players through a grievance with club administration, whether valid or invalid is nothing to do with current coaching staff or players. These players chose not to play or leave because of this, which is their choice, but only people they are really effecting are their own young team mates, existing seniors and new players and the future of the football club who are doing it tough but are banding together for themselves, their team mates, the jumper and the club.
Would have been a better option to stay, remain united, strong and committed to seek committee positions and initiate change. As critisicing from the background the people and players that are trying to really just brings you down, shows poor form and comes across as sour grapes to the whole situation.

Personal philosophies to coaching. All coaches can only develop and build a team to a certain point and unless there is a budget available to attract higher calibre players or some form of recruiting scheme, then it is time to move on as you have done what you can with what you have got and if want to keep coaching you have to be prepared to move clubs.
Average clubs? Through good off field and on field support and planning isn't this how average clubs improve and become great clubs?

Not going anywhere. Love having a chat about Ingle Farm with people inthe know.eh Lads. And the certain young player you refer to Maddog still has a lot of close mates playing at the club so i don't think he's down there supporting the coach, maybe catching up with some buddy's would be closer to the mark.
