No no, not at all, I just couldn't find reference to it and I was 12 when it happened, my mind was elsewhere. Why so defensive?

Not really, just enjoy laughing at what they put out.
Mind you, most of the consultants are average these days.

Glad you used "drawings" and not "maps" because they were always clinical, delivered on time and with an expert eye for detail.

And noted.

Ah thats better, thanks Beefster, but it would be good if it was presented in a tabular format.

Taking pot shots at your club morrell? Your kidding - your the biggest troll on SA footy! While I got your attention - my mail says your club is going to spend big bucks on buying a premiership - but as you've stated on numerous occasions, your club doesn't pay players! Does the name Bill mean anything to you? :D

I can just vaguely recall playing at Kenilworth that year, it was my first year of senior footy as a skinny 19 year old and broke my collarbone! Typical.

I do recall it was an ultra tight year, going into the last round I think we needed to win to finsh top, if we lost we finished 4th, or something like that. Of course then, unlike CLG, we dominated the finals and won the GF by 100+ points. :D

I remember playing in this year (2002). Last game of the season we played MP @ your crap heap and if we won we finished top but if we lost we finish fourth. We lost and got past Central United in the EF the following week but then got knocked out by IF who went on to play in GF. The good ol' days when we had a huge rivalry with Ingle Farm - that's when you knew you played a game of hard footy!!

The 2002 GF was a bit of a blood bath. Some amazingly brutal fights. Once Ingle Farm knew they were cooked they pretty much went the knuckle.

My personal highlight is still Joe Leck smashing the ball into the side of guys head from about 5m away when he started swinging. And then Wal screaming at him to get off the ground.

It may have been mentioned before but the 2010 Div 4R GF was a pretty big upset if you look at the stats that year.
Pooraka scored a combined score of 5 goals when the played Golden Grove during the year in the 2 home and away games being belted each time by 15-20 goals. To come out and kick 6 straight to no score in the first qtr of the GF was extrodinary, and then to go on and win by 10 goals was sensational. Golden Grove had only lost 1 game for the year I believe and Pooraka came from 4th.

Who has the longest premiership drought in the A's now? Old Iggies, North Haven, North Pines or others?

Is it right that North Haven have never won one?

Didn't Old Iggies win one only 3-4 years back? Div 3 and beat SPOC or someone? - EDIT, they beat PAOC the year PAOC had Ricciuto and Modra. Fun fact, people from PAC and Saints love being confused for one another

In a similar vein to that question though, aside from the Div 1 teams (i.e Goodwood) what team has spent the most consecutive years in the same division (current streak)?

My guesses to my last question would be Seaton in Div 3 and Adelaide Lutheran in DIv 5?

I think Athelstone, and maybe Mitcham, have been in Div 3 longer than Seaton, I may be wrong though.

Heccies have been in Div 4 for four years I think, Central United have been in Div 6 a while too from memory.

Athelstone were only relegated to Div 3 for the start of 2012, whilst Seaton have been there since 2010. Mitcham have been in Div 3 since 2009 so looks like they're the reigning champs? Same year Central United started in Div 6.

Adelaide Lutheran has been in Div 5 for the last 5 years, got relegated with us in 2009.

Correct Pag Hectorville won the 2010 Div 5 flag.

As an addition to this Westminster have been in division 5 4 times but never for longer than 1 year at a time. Twice we have gone straight down and twice straight up a division.
