We go to Gambier cos we have a good relationship with the pub we stay at, they keep the bar open for us, etc.
Also there is only a few night spots around which keeps everyone together pretty much.
We considered going to another capital city eg Melb but decided its too hard to keep track of everyone and we like to treat it like a bonding session rather than anything else

yeah that is a pretty good set up if the bar stays open for ya!!!
keeping track of people will be hard but we have a pretty large group so if people split up it will be in groups of 5-6 id say!!!!
alot more to do over in melbourne as well id say!!! casino, plenty of clubs, pubs
but then again country is good!!!!
get on board the thunder train!!!

Yeh mate same weekend
Its the Gambier Footy League Grand Final on that weekend usually so we go watch it on the Sat arvo
Also makes for a huge Sat nite at 'The G'
Just gotta be careful cos the town is a dry zone so walking to the game poses a prob - no piss!!

Oooh, Prelim weekend, always risky booking trips on the weekend after your own grades grand final - what happens if there is a draw ?
It can happen, just ask the Gepps and Gully lads.

There is a flight number selected to get there if you wish but with the uni games on at the same time it sorta booked out quick

most of the lads are going in groups of 3 or 4 so it could get interesting. I think there is a large group of the C graders going as its a week before the coach's wedding so a buck show is on the cards for them.

Yep smosh down there too so should be good. Can also usually count on a country club or too, and some netball teams....

We apparently have 45 spots at the OLD Gaol, and there are 25 netballers staying there as well.
