In reality in C grade, or in FP's position D grade, who knows how we'll go against each other on any given day, most sides in this grade have 2 teams injuries above them to cover, so any side can play superb one week and then look like junk the next. Bit of a lucky dip.

That's a big call considering you only beat us in 5 minutes of footy in the last quarter!!! I also see that a few of your lads that played that day haven't played C's since ;) !!!
The FP v Lutheran game was a cracker and they did have a good side out, we probably should have won by alot more. We haven't had a full side to play with since round 1. Been a very tough year with injuries and with a heap to come back we will be fielding stronger teams going forward.
The Park's will be back!!!

Yeah it's a shame but gee we have had an injury run like i haven't seen before. Basically the whole back line from that game is now in the C grade. Even the C grade is struggling a little as well. Should have a heap back after the week off so it should be a good night up your way!!!

Talking to a mate who plays C5 said this is how the ladder will finish up at the end of the year.
What are you thoughts on this.
Adelaide Lutheran
Plympton
Hope Valley
Hectorville
Flinders Park
Adelaide University
Elizabeth
North Haven
Brahma Lodge

Adelaide Lutheran V Plympton play in the GF In a very close game.
Hope Valley could be the Dark horse to make G.F to play Adelaide Lutheran if they have a good run with injuries in the 2nd half of the the year.
with Hectorville to be the big movers in the 2nd half of the season.

Well it sounds like he is a guru  !!! Gee some of the games have been that close there realy isn't too much between any of the top 5 or 6 teams!!! Write that down and see how close you are come finals, injuries play a big part when it comes to C & D grade footy especially when the A & B's will play finals.

Nah not defensive i couldn't realy give a hoot till finals come. It's a long season and only half way there so things could realy change second half. Seen it before, club gets injuries and the better C Grade players go up to B grade and it leaves a big hole in sides. In C grade the better players realy stand up and help these sides get over the line. As at FP at the moment nearly the whole D grade back line is playing up in the C grade. That has hurt our D grade hence the recent results. Good luck all it will be an interesting run home.

The Ladder will be very similar to what it is now, with the only changes being Flinders Park could push up to 3rd when we get a bit of strength back in our D Grade and i think Adelaide Uni will finish 5th with Hope Valley 4th. Could be a defining game this week for 3rd spot with the Hope Valley V Flinders Park match. I would think Lutheran have got a big enough gap and if they beat Plympton the second time around they will sew up first spot. There have been a few surprise results throughout all teams but i would think the top 5 are set.. or is it top 4 in a 9 team comp??

So my prediction for the ladder is:
Adelaide Lutheran
Plympton
Flinders Park
Hope Valley
Adelaide Uni
Hectorville
North Haven
Elizabeth
Brahma Lodge

We will all see in time how it pans out!

Hope Valley v Flinders Park at Hope Valley Oval >MATCH OF THE DAY<
Will be a close game maybe a turn around from R1 as Valley are at home> Hope Valley by 0-6 points

Adelaide Lutheran v Hectorville at South Parklands
Adel Lutheran will be to strong at Home> Adel Lutheran by 30-40 points

Elizabeth v Plympton at Argana Park
Will much closer than the 20 + goals in R1 game still > Plympton by 20-30 points

Brahma Lodge v Adelaide University at Brahma Lodge Oval
Will be much closer than expected >Adelaide University by 10-20 points
