Ty burton also on the outer, full back had next to no goals kicked on him and he doesnt get the oppurtunities, surely against Tasborski he should be getting first crack!!

Sounds like you know the big Place on a close basis there footy fan. Maybe you should ask him about his on field attitude and discipline. Abusing the coaching staff when taken from the field for all to see isn't the best example from a member of the leadership group. I think you will find it isn't the 1st coach Placey has had problems with either.
I hope u are standing right in the middle of the track when the KARMA train comes.................and it is coming, its time!

Understand that but also understand where Ashley is coming from, being taken from starting line up to make way fro Fraser.... I would have been spewing too. 51 goals is not a good enough return?

It would seem that Place is his own worst enemy have been told that he has had a run in with the last few coaches at Ramblers so who really has the problem the coaches or Place. The Burton one is interesting have seen him play some good footy this year without getting a lot of game time, perhaps he is not rated but I would suggest him not playing is not good signs for the Ramblers. A lot going on close to finals and I would suggest that people will start to write them off, perhaps that will make them more hungry for success come finals time. Huge game tomorrow for both teams.

I wouldnt write them off do that at your own peril. There is a lot of class in that side and if they get it together on the day they are a very dangerous side.

Refer my comments on Place from a couple of weeks ago after we lost to seaton. The guy thinks he's king dick*. I also said that arrogance and poor attitude from the players could cost Seaton, lets hope my prediction doesnt prevail...
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

You couldnt be further from the truth Footy Fan. Just spoke to someone I know from Ramblers and he knows about the Place problem. He mentioned that the leadership group who I have no idea who is I would say a bloke like Coard would be on it is right behind hodges and what he is trying to achieve at Ramblers and so are all the other players. It sounds like this has been blown up in to a huge issue and some people have the motive to try and rattle the Ramblers coming up to finals. This could mean that other teams actually consider them a real threat come finals time. My spin on it is that Ramblers on there day will beat anyone however there are some very good teams that stand in there way. Modbury especially are a very good unit. Perhaps Place will go back perhaps not, but I believe it is gonna be a CRACKER of a finals series with 5 very even teams jousting for top spot.

Couldnt agree more Cracker, very even finals series coming, with grand finalist coming from 5-1. It could all happen and will happen over the next 7-8 weeks!!
Hopefully Seaton & Districts go back up and continue rivalry, i just hope all that has gone on doesnt affect them too much. Place is a much liked character and been a great club man for years!!

Rely on players that can get the job done instead of flash in the pans like Fraser who deserted his new club for a food eating binge drinking trip around europe!!

If it aint broke dont try to fix it, should have left place at the goal front all game every game he is 6'6 will kick goals and ty burton at the goal mouth of defence numbers show his form!!

What have you got against Frase?

He told Ramblers when they recruited him that He'd be going overseas and He'd already booked his trip, and they were aware of it then?

SOunds lieks your jsut Placeys ill-informed mate.

Placey was a good guy when I met him incidentally, I did half a pre season at ramblers and have a few mates out there.
