A few northern suburbs teams?

Should be good...

Blackfriars OS
Brahma Lodge
Elizabeth
Hectorville
Hope Valley
North Haven
Plympton
Rosewater
Smithfield

Gee, not a lot of travel, especially for the more central clubs like Rosies & BOS.

Gee, that was tougher than I thought, will be another really tough Div next year I think. IMO, depending on recruiting over the Summer, most of those teams are capable of stepping up to the plate.

i'm gonna have to have a word with our coach, not happy about finishing 6th ...

I'd say BOS need to recruit 1 or 2 gun players to challenge for a flag. But I'd probably say the same thing about Plympton, Rosewater, Elizabeth and maybe Hope Valley. Both teams coming up from Div 6 will have to recruit a few to be successful in Div 5. As we saw in Pultney this year, a team coming down from Div 4 is more than capable of bouncing back up, but they too will need to recruit.
Will be very even again I think.

But in saying that, you'd have to put Plympton at the top of your list of premiership favourites if they can hold onto their list from this year, but you have to wonder how hard 3 straight Prelim losses will hurt and how many boys will leave the team. Sounds like they will have a new coach next year. ? what players he will bring with him.

Wow im not game to pick a ladder for 2010 after this years attempt! lol
But id say Elizabeth 1st, Hectorville 10th. And some bloody good teams in between.
My inbox has been overwhelmed with people enquiring about Elizabeth's new recruits. Ill only give names when they have signed and being cleared. But yeah its looking really good atm. (this saves me replying personally :p)

I think its silly trying to predict where teams will finish, especially if you haven't even seen nearly half the sides play in the past 6 months.
A lot of water still to go under the bridge before the first ball is bounced in 2010.
