And bottom line Cobb has been out of playing top line footy for a long time. If it was legends week TTG, Goodwood and PNU should have been informed to let Klaebe, Mills and Macca* pull on the guernseys.

*we've made inquiries (admittedly for D Grade). His legendary SANFL career (and the suspensions incurred within) have him banned from registration Australia wide

EDIT - the other way of looking at it is that the PNU side that beat Henley had 2 players over 25 and none over 27. The style of footy Div 1 is at now skews young

Goodwood v PNU next week . TTG up by 15 pts at the half but a 9 goal 3rd qtr to PNU did the damage

PNU finishing with 15 fit men. Gutsy win. We will struggle with the 5 or 6 injuries though.

That's a fairly poor effort in the end by TTG.
Kells to collect his 6th.

Clearly you were not at the game if you are saying TTG put in a poor effort. They had a real crack but a couple of Falcons having amazing purple patches in the third allowed us to rattle on a run off goals.

I clearly read a page ago it was handed to us

Why are you being such smartarses about it?

I simply implied that TTG were depeleted of their better players and as a result you it would've been an easy win.

I was right.

It sounded like TTG fought hard in the end and did bloody well to get back within 3 goals after the third quarter.

I'm staying on the PNU bandwagon for next week. they're really owning Div 1 at the minute.

It was a great effort by TTG I thought, but the third quarter by PNU was some of the best Ammo footy I've seen.

Will post some more sober reflected thoughts late. While I remember it I just wanted to mention TTG played with 4 points yesterday. To make a Div 1 prognostic final relying that predominantly on home grown and long term players is something every club in the League should aspire to

A very prognostic comment in my view
