That's a big call to make in February (making the GF). They must have recruited pretty well. I remember the last time they came up from Div 7 and went straight back down again. Div 6 is going to have some pretty good sides with some damn good footballers going around and they won't be playing easy beat sides every second week...

Huge call. A GF is in the back of everyone's minds, but to lay it on the table like that...

This will be a very even competition, I doubt there there will be a situation like last year with AU.

Went and watched Heccies train last night, only 25 maximum out on the track, but I assume there'd have been a few blokes missing with a hangover from the V8's.

calling grandfinal is huge call esp in this yr comp wen most teams have a realistic chance of making finals, would say that this yr that there cuold be 4 teams battling for the 5th spot at end of yr

on moday only 25 track and doesnt help wen ppl go off injured

i heard something like that too, but i think they have found one now?? but not 100% sure...... i know they had some trouble getting one......

Didn't someone from this site apply for that job? And not hear back at all? They couldn't have been trying that hard...

4 calls to footy director and a 1/2 a dozen or so emails and not one reply, is that trying hard enough ????

I heard some of the players they got from the Gawler & Barossa last year have gone back, otherwise they have been very quiet!

Thanks SD, I did, wasn't a shot at you RM, was saying that you applied and didn't hear back so Westminster couldn't have been trying that hard to find a coach when they had at least 1 applicant right in front of them.

Just though I'd clear that up.
