The C grade fought hard today I thought but were beaten by a team that is a class above, well done Plympton.

watched a bit of AL today.
Sensational effort in what I believe was coach-Harper's 150th!! Got the performance he deserved. Great player and bloke. Settled side, some experienced heads and skillful footballers, will take some beating IMHO.

I'll tell you one thing, if anyone get over Lutheran this season i'd be very suprised. We beat them early in the season, but I feel that may be there only blemish this year. Big side, well drilled, skilful, just cant see anyone beating them.

Flinders limping into the latter half of the season, need a few players back or we will be playing an away elimination final which would be disappointing since our best is good enough to match it with any side, in my opinion anyway.

Well done to Lutherans coach in his 150th, had the privilige of running with him throughout the day, good bloke and he deserves his accolades that come his way

It gets harder to do as you get older as well - play with a hangover that is!

On a side note, we're only 2 pages off having more than the Div 2 thread. Not a bad effort boys!! Would be nice to overtake them in the next couple of weeks...

A tall, strong, experienced and reasonably fit side. Will be tough to beat. Am I right in saying they have a few older blokes running around in the C's that played in your last A Grade premiership in '04 I think?
