On another topic i hear Matt Rowlands is unhappy at North Haven and is talking to portland about a possible clearance, he is pretty popular and might take a few with him maybe Clancy, Meijes and Hausler.

Ha ha, Rowlands at Portland !!! Wouldnt touch him with a 20 foot pole.

well you must have a 21 foot pole cos it looks like he is on his way, he had a falling out with the president Garry Jones, apparently he is still owed 3 grand from last seasons match payments.

Funny you should say that, local pub talk would suggest the same. But Rowlands isn't restricting himself to just Portland word is he has spoken to most clubs on the peninsula regarding the possibilities of playing there this year along with a few current team mates, especially ones that have been there for along time and not happy with the new recruits getting all the money and nothing for them. Names include Kolbig, Davis, Mooney and Hausler

Felch , Shaun Hughes looks like the big recruit to Div 4 for the year, how is he progressing? Will he start at CHF. Becomes a pretty potent forward line.

We have 2 Shaun Hughes this year at our club - im guessing you are talking about the ex-Seaton one ? He is going along ok, not sure where he will play, CHB or CHF are options. Could also play through the middle.
