Watched the second half of the Goodwood v Henley game. Huge amount of contested footy in greasy conditions with no real clean passages.

Showed how important momentum is in footy; Henley kicking 5 goals to zip in the 3rd, then Goodwood kicked 8 to zip in the last. Conditions no factor.

Goodwood know how to turn it on at the right time of year!

Gepps Cross did NOT sack Greg Anderson so let's get that bit right in the first place.
Due to other commitments, Greg decided not to carry on and will complete his coaching duties against Gaza this week.
The club thanks him sincerely for his efforts and wishes him every success in the future.

No doubt that Goodwood have been in great form the second half of the season, but also think the result v Henley had something to do with Henley's training. Apparently their training has been ramped right up, an I'd expect to continue into the first week of the D1 finals as both their A's and B's have the bye.
Henley's players would have been feeling the effects of this in the last quarter, and I don't think this loss would concern them too much. It wouldn't surprise me if the dropped a game this week against ROCS too.
