They haven't put in any clearances yet so I don't know how they can field 2 teams

D7 fixure has been pulled again due to some clubs are still pulling out or are unsure their grading is suited to them.

HQ -stop being soft (counting down to the email) . THese clubs have had 5 months to get their shit together FFS.

They should be told bad luck and incur any relevant fine for pulling out.*

Ditto, I suppose there were a few anomalies, i.e Wingfield missing

You'd think the Executive would be pretty tempted to set an even harder/faster rule next year re nomination of teams and certainty of grading. This is just making everyone's life painful (their's particularly!)

It's still up but there was an email circulating that they have been 'taken down' due to move changes coming. Annoying.

I thought D6, D7 and D8 was done pretty well, particularly with D7 being filled by clubs with more than 4 teams. Wonder who kicked up a stink?

I would assume Wingfield since they weren't placed anywhere.

Exactly this.

How about... THe cut off date for nomination of teams is Feb 28. If you want to nominate on March 1...bad luck, if you want to pull out on March 1, that'll be $2k thanks, you've had PLENTY of time to get your shit in one sock.

There's also a bit of merit in, we'll place any side you've nominated in a grade we think fit (being vaugely consistent with promotion/relegation). No correspondence post grading will be entered into.

Clubs approve the gradings though - so unless you want this left completely to the board......

To be fair, we already have a C-Grade Super League, it's called Div 8.

Would Adelaide Uni still be part of Div 7 or would they drop down also?

If not that would then leave 6 a grade clubs from the fixture release plus Wingfield

Looks like a 7 team comp for D7.

With my math that means three clubs will have three byes and four clubs will have two byes. Which also means playing some teams three times and other only twice.

Pardon my lack of maths but if you play the other teams 3 times isn't that 18 rounds.
