Shaun Gatto, Donnelly, some 20 year old who won everything up at Lincoln (lives local now)
current Glenelg player (about 6'7), maybe Troy Gatto & Ricky Keen back from Gazza. Hope to see Benny Hancock out next year. Had a year off with knee problem.
There is a few more quality players coming to club and they have height which we missed this year.
We should have about 5 blokes around the mid six foot mark next year.
Cozzie has gone to Salisbury North.
Wally won the B&F by a handfull of votes & he is 60/40 on staying at the club.
If we can keep the majority of everyone from this year, we should make an impact on Div3 next year with the imports we get, long way away yet though.

see you all next year......................maybe.

we will be trying our best to keep everyone there Demongirl but if not, the club will survive dont worry.
Three quarters of the U/18's coming on next year which will be a good injection of new blood cause there is some talent in there. Hate to see Wally & Matty Paul go..............yes Matty Paul, he might go with Wally, two very good pickups for the Adelaide Plains club.
There is a few ex pat's coming back so it looks good.
I am sure we will pick up a few of the Army boys next year, shit 1400 are coming over here, if we cant pick up at least 5, there is something wrong.

I was told by a mate from North Haven on Saturday that Hood and McEntee were staying there, and Hood's brother was probably going to join them.

IMO they cant afford to lose any of their 2007 recruits. Everyone thought they recruited well, but they still finished a fair way off the top 3. They need to keep those guys, and more i would think.

mcintee won their best and fairest, a gun player. he didnt sound like he was thinking about moving next year when i was talking to him on the weekend.
he said he enjoyed it out there but i'm sure he wishes he had made the move next year not this year and unfortunately for him, missed out on a flag.

Pretty good effort winning their B&F, IMO. They had a star-studded line-up. He was obviously the most consistant, quite a few of their other 'guns' missed alot of footy.

the offer he got and the promise to play with other mates is what got him there, salisbury can not and will not compete with that(i.e. money).
he is a good bloke and we would have loved him to stay,
but this is where i have to say "i told you so" not to rhys but others that dont agree with the fact money doesn't always buy you a flag, stick together with your mates, play for the love of the game and sometimes the FOOTY GODS will smile on you as they did on saturday!!!!!!!!!
