Did Chris Robertson Leave Seaton For Athelstone for money. Because i am led to believe he was on a fair bit of $ at the ramblers.
Also reading this forum Portland look to be in a lot of trouble this year.Have they signed any recruits to counter the major walk out?
I have also heard trevor smith isnt all there either.

Chris played junior footy at the Raggies. It is great to see him back out there. Has some close ties to the Club.

I have heard figures of $500 a game for Robertson at the Raggies...

Also heard that Jacques from Port Adelaide knocked back the same figure with Port Districts to play at Seaton.

Have heard talk of Shane returning. Would be a handy player if fit worth 30 to 50 goals from a forward flank was a big loss when he started working Saturdays. Possibly looking at a year with the Phantoms then moving to The Bloods with his old man.

Duncs7 or whoever is the Elizabeth boy on here. Have you guys picked up any players. I know you guys had a good team last year, so i would expect if you kept that squad you would do quite well. But as i said, picked up anyone yet?

Stan, I can tell you that Greenacres are swimming in it. Having the roosters move in was the best decision the club ever made. Canteen, raffles etc, is just play money to Greenacres at this stage...
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

I heard Ugrinic was heading to Henley, and they have also signed David Green ex Port Adelaide backman, who will be very handy for Henley.
Woody Sth struggling to hold onto players, Matt Newman gone to Broadview OHara, Stubby to Rosewater.

I guess some Div 6 clubs will take some hammerings this season, then Greenies will be on there way again. Well until the money runs out again and they go broke again.
