If they had kicked straight, games just about done and dusted at 1/4 time

Gaza's 8 goal 2nd 1/4 set up the win, still not writing Gaza off for back to back

They should thrash SPOC next week who have fallen into a massive hole.

Henley and Goodwood Saints next week should be a cracker.

Best of luck payney.

What a load of rubbish! It might pay you to get the facts rather than spread silly, unfounded rumours.

Havn't Goodwood won their last 9 games or something like that, they are in form & no doubt Henley won't be taking them lightly.
Its definately the game of all grades to be at & i'll be there this week amongst the huge crowd expected.

I see SPOC had a very good win over Gaza on Saturday does anyone think they are a chance this week against Goodwood?

SPOC trailed most of the day and down at 3/4 time, came home hard and in the end won in a canter, cant however see them getting close to Henley ;)

Yes. A very good win by St Peter's over Goodwood. Owned the football for the last 20 minutes of the game and just too quick. A great champion finished his career with David Bartell chaired off. One of the best. St Peter's were very good and will appreciate Thebarton with their run, carry and especially spread. They spread harder than any club I have seen this year. Henley are quality but St Peter's will be hard to shake at Thebarton and will be able to flick the ball around. Not without a chance, however Henley are sheer class and hard to see them beaten. Henley would have preferred to play Goodwood, by the sounds of a number of their members, and understandable why they would think that. St Peter's look certain to be better for a big oval, than the small confines of Goodwood Oval. Their spread will be hard to contain.

Just grab a footy bag and tell them you're a player.

Can someone lend me a Henley shirt?

Salisbury do very well. You blokes even give the visitors the better change rooms.

In others years playing finals we have been given tickets to get into the match beforehand. Sometimes we met as a group and or President got us in. This year we were told that we'd need ID and would get ticked off a list but when I drove up they asked me if I was a player then waved me through.

Surely the 100 odd players officials can get in for free! Will Jimmy be paying his $15?

Would people prefer to pay every week like most country leagues or just pay in finals like SAAFL (even though it is a bit rich $15). I know i would rather go to 18 games for free. Wouldve thought $10 would be a suitable price to try and get a decent crowd.

There is the problem. SAAFL games are mostly zero entry fee then they ask us to pay $15 to watch the top division grand final. Thanks but no thanks I will elsewhere.....
