Ok, lets not start a "they started it" sledge on here please.

In other news, looked like a good old fashioned shootout at Ledger Road today...and fairly accurate too...

Yeh ok you must have been watching another game, what about the parahills player that was given the job all day to follow a west Croydon player around and punch him in the back, or the the parahills player that kicked the same west Croydon player from behind? And you call us snipers, pull you head in!

I think the fact that the match day official from West Croydon went up to the para hills players and thanked them for playing in good spirits and apologised for the behavior of his own players and then personally guaranteed (spelt correctly) us that the player who smacked one of young players in the face, 20 meters off the ball, wouldn't play for them again, solves the argument of which teams played dirty today.

I applaud that guy (grey hair and beard). A true supporter and always means the best for west croydon. Always speaks after home games and congratulates teams

Speaking of young'uns, good job by the Para players and supporters/officials on consistently and systematically ripping into and breaking down the young Hawks lad doing the boundary to the point where he broke and couldn't handle it anymore and had to be replaced. All class.

He's gonna expect some back chat when he is standing waiting for a west croydon ruck man to get to the contest before her throws it in everytime, and when he is yelling and swearing at our players. Not the kids fault I guess, he would have been told to cheat like that, probably from that goal umpire that you had, never seen such blatant cheating in my life. I have heard 100 stories of how unpleasant it is to play at West Croydon but didn't imagine it would be this bad. There were supporters walking up and down the far side of the oval telling players on the field to line people up off the ball and smash them. And your gonna call us out for not being classy.

I guess that's what happens when two very ordinary football clubs get together on a weekend and attempt to play football.

Well done lads, Elizabeth people on here have definitely pumping themselves up as the team to beat. So I guess that means you just beat the premiership favourites!!!!

Don't think it's our boys pumping up tyres, judging by the Memes going around from NH on Facebook.
Ordering premiership t-shirts and all.

Correct. 3 very entertaining games played in great spirit. The A grade game was one of the best games of Amateur footy I've seen for a long time. Both sides were hard and tough but also used the footy immaculately under pressure.

Thanks to the Kenilworth Footy Club for assisting us to honour the memory of club legend Morgan Armstrong. Plenty of class shown by players, coaches and supporters and helped to make it a special day for us. Look forward to the return bout.

Went straight from work yesterday to catch the last half of the Fitzroy and Trinity match, I must say i was very impressed with the way Trinity went about it, they just lacked composure in the last qtr that cost them the game. Fitzroy were looking down the barrel at 3/4 time, but certainly lifted in the last. Trinity will shock a few sides this year. Also congrates to matt nelson to play 300 senior games for one club is a credit to him. Played very well again on saturday.

Do you mean their president Watchdog? He does a great job for the WCFC, seems like a really good bloke.
