Just wonder how many Plympton thought they had out of their best "c" grade side, i think we out about 6 players out of our best side. Very shocked Hectorville struggled for numbers today in the "c" grade!

A few quick thank you's to brahma lodge:

Thank you for not having a key to our atco hut changerooms which required a set of bolt cutters to be saught out.
Thank you for bolting the chairs sideways to the floor so we were unable to use them.
Thank you for not sending any electricy to the 'shower hut'.
And thus, thank you for no hot water in the 'shower hut'.

Your lack of an idea is truly amazing.....get an idea please....think about it and do you honestly believe that BL brought an Atco hut had it dropped off by a truck on Friday afternoon and then though we might bolt chairs down in a fashion that might annoy our opponents?

I know thinking in a logical manner would be difficult because you wouldnt be able to sling crap at BL on a forum but just try it. For years people have complained about the state of the away change rooms, they are now getting upgraded and people complain about what is in all honestly a minor disruption in a temporary setup. Next year when the away change rooms are better then the home change rooms im sure people wont be complaining.

An idea that i would have, is i would check out the atco hut on the friday after it was plonked at the oval prior to being required for usage at 930am saturday morning. There's a good idea i would have thought!

I would possibly have had someone with a clue at the ground to help the away team with any minor issues such as a key, chairs being bolted sideways to the floor, and electricity.

I might even have thought up an idea to see whether the hot water services were on.

There's three idea's straight off the bat!

No excuses really, if it's only a "minor disruption" that you have to sit there and watch two games with mud, deep heat and crap under your jeans after you have played, why don't you swap changerooms then? Anyone that can't have a hot shower after a game of footy when it's 13 degress is going to be p'd. Maybe a trip to Bunnings to get an extension cord may have been a start if you cared at all.

LM - a bit harsh as they were there plumbing it all in when the C Grade started, the club isnt responsible for the works going on
I have since been told that the showers are gas heated and should provide instant hot water
perhaps if someone from Plympton had come and spoken with me and let me know there was a problem
I did tell the officials of the goings on and there didnt seem to be too much problem

Fair enough, maybe I was, I just didn't like Eddies response to a legitimate complaint, but hey, I'm sure you guys would've allowed them to use your showers if they had of asked. I've been on the arse end of the hot water issue a few times and been ready to kill  .

Im sure we would have had no problem sharing the showers...i would have had no problem using their change rooms either...perhaps i dont expect ammi stadium change rooms everywhere i go.

Im also one of the people around BL who people get directed towards when there is a problem and i didnt hear about any problems with the hot water. I saw the plumbers there in the morning an figured they were there plumping the shower unit in. I got told the water was turned back on and that was the last i heard of it. Sometimes its easier to get on here and complain instead of asking a simple question of a home team on the day.

I know it is going to be better when it is complete, but couldn't the council had waited to the season is over. Some clubs haven't been able to have games at home when change room's are getting built eg Woodville South.
